This hotel was excellent and I would stay here again. The toiletries were nice including a lemon lotion. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. They have a great area downstairs for family and friends to get together, sit and talk. Breakfast was good.

I ask for a Regular King size room/ but i received the Hdcp King size room so bathroom gets a little messy when showering. But a lot of space. PROS:Pleasant,friendly, breakfast Mon-Fri. 6am to 9am on Sat & Sun 6am to 10am There's a sheetz gas station across the street so it help if you want a late snack. CONS: No Swimming Pool,No restaurant, room cleaning not everyday probably you have to let them know...but they were nice on giving me xtra towels. Overall i rate it an 8 out of 10.hope this helps.

Good hotel. Modern. Colorful. Minimalist theme. Breakfast was a bit more minimal than other hotels. Staff and attentiveness was wonderful. Coffee never ran out or was cold. 4/5 because my daughter said the lack of pool and / or hot tub puts it a notch below other hotels. The pool table was nice but not a substitute for a pool. And “game room” = one Jenga game. Expanding to video games, air hockey, etc. would go a long way to making it a true game room. Mattress was very comfortable. No box springs. And not the soft, sink-into luxury of some hotel beds. Overall we were very happy with the hotel and our stay. The staff was the best part. The Hilton Rewards app was also great. Being able to pick my room was a wonderful feature that sets Hilton apart.

The room was spotless. Everyone has been friendly, even the morning person in charge of breakfast. I especially liked the little night light I could use. Maybe it was only left by somebody, but I liked it a lot. Place is very bright and cheerful.

The room was clean (Rm 321) except whoever cleaned the room hung the hand towels and washcloths over the hand rail beside the toilet, which is totally disgusting! I took photos of this issue. Also, I was not aware of the fact that if you book a stay through Expedia you don’t get points for the stay, however you do receive credit for the stay to move you to the next reward level. I was advised of this by the front desk staff. I enjoy staying here when I’m in York, PA. It is a great location near the interstate, with access to lots of restaurants and retail locations. With the exception of the aforementioned issues, I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Nice, clean, and quiet hotel. Staff is always friendly. Close to I83. Sheetz and Cheddar's are next-door. Starbucks close as well. Other restaurants with 3 mile radius. We've never had a bad experience.

I had a king size bed-the room is tight, with minimal basic furniture. The desk is small for work. No microwave in the room. There is one on the first floor. Vinyl floors do not cushion sound, so u can hear every footstep. Item dropped, or the rolling desk chair in the room above. The staff are very friendly and professional, the breakfast is good.

Breakfast wasn’t great. The yogurt wasn’t great and eggs were rubbery whether omelette style or not. In the rooms you have to adjust to none dressers and no closets, but it’s easy to do.

At the last minute, I had to postpone my trip. I called the property to try and see if there was any way to resolve that they literally hung up on me. Not to mention the same thing with Travelocity, your robot phone system works like crap. I spent a lot of money with Travelocity in the last year. There’s 1 million other sites out there for me to try

Overall, our experience was great. There was highway noise overnight which may be room location dependent. The appearance and ambience was a step above the traditional Choice Hotel brand we tend to use. Local customer service was excellent.

Front desk was unprofessional and unwilling to accommodate. Construction going on and no one said anything prior to check-in. The rooms are gross, the hotel is gross. If you call the hotel no one answers. It just rings and rings. There is zero hospitality. Would never recommend or stay here again

This Tru hotel was located right by a beautiful walking trail. This afforded me the opportunity to walk my dog a couple times a day. The gentleman who worked Sat. evening told us about the Eagle’s nest on the north side of the trail. The entire staff was super wonderful. The location was perfect because there were very good restaurants all around the area. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to York, Pa.

It was convenient since it is right off both routes 30 and 83, but we usually prefer to be closer to downtown York. For someone who doesn't care about that, this is a great choice. Its modern design and fun colors were appreciated.

The Tru hotel was amazing. I love how clean everything was and how nice the staff were. The location was not too far from where we needed to go. Breakfast had a variety of food for everyone and my daughter loved the self made pancakes machine.
