We got to the hotel just before midnight & the parking gate was already closed which was to be expected. Not a big deal. Had to call the front office multiple times to speak with someone about opening it so we could check in. There was no street parking available or I would have done that instead. Once in the gate, the lot was full. The owner/staff graciously moved their vehicle & gave up their spot. Check-in was easy & made it to the room just fine. Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The white sheets had stains on them & there were long hairs in the bed & shower which definitely weren't ours. Shower did not drain properly leaving us standing in a tub of water during our showers. I would have called the front desk to change rooms but we had an extremely early wake up time & unfortunately it being late & just being my young daughter & myself that really wasn't an option. Staff was friendly & helpful but I don't see myself returning.

I was really surprised. I usually have a good visit. I just had a hip replacement and the elevator was not working. I was assigned a room on the third floor. No way I was going to haul my luggage 3 flights of steps..i was assigned a smaller room and not given a refund. The shower controls were backwards so my friend took a cold shower. ..no one ever clarified about my refund despite saying they would check with the owner. I left early in the morning and could not get back in. My key did not work in the gates.

I was only there a few hours, checked in at 9pm and left at 8am, but it was a good experience. Check in was quick yet detailed. The manager was very nice and went over a few quirks of the shower. I really appreciated that. The room and bathroom were both very large, so was the tv. And the tv is a Roku TV so there was a lot more watchable prgramming than at most hotels. There's a fridge and a microwave, an iron and ironing board, and a large couch! Again, very spacious room. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfy. Parking was good, as it was relatively empty when I arrived but filled over night. Parking is gated after 11pm, so it feels safe. I would stay here again if I needed to stay longer.

Great room and free parking. Parking matters to me. I only stayed one night but would have booked this room for longer had I needed it. I will definitely stay here again!
