Everything was great. Last time I stayed there I received 2 complimentary drinks at happy hour. Did not get those this time. The hot water was turned off in the bathroom sink. I had to turn it back on. The sink stopper was broken and had to pull it out and lay it on the counter to use sink. Even with those items, I enjoyed my stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-day stay at Embassy Suites to attend a concert at Live Oak Pavilion. Our room was beautiful, with a great view of the river - it was quiet at the end of the hall. The food at breakfast and our restaurant dinner were tasty. We appreciated the assistance of the staff -- the front desk texted us to check on our stay and answered questions for us. I only have 2 less than perfect comments: the pillows on the bed are pitiful. When we went to drive out of the parking deck to depart, we found out that we still had to have our room key to get out (or pay $15).
