Dan was very accommodating to all our needs. Breakfast was always wonderful and coffee was always ready. Our room was beautiful with tall ceilings plenty of dresser space and closet space. And a Jacuzzi tub.

Great jacuzzi suite in a beautiful neighborhood. Large nice room. Nice mattress. Very friendly owner and dog! Nice breakfast. Free parking included. Short distance from downtown St Louis. Would definitely stay again.

Dan is an amazing host! So accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was really good. Recommendations for restaurants were taken and did not disappoint. Our room was great for a couple and hot tub was an added plus. Rosie, the dog, is adorable as well. Very cute neighborhood with walkable restaurants and shops. And close to drive into downtown to explore other things. The park across the street is good to walk.

The hospitality was great. The owner is a great guy and very enjoyable to talk to. I booked two rooms … the first room with “balcony” the bed was near falling down and my daughter was afraid to sleep in it afraid of it falling. The balcony and door was in poor condition, rotting. The second room that I booked specifically for the “jet tub” needed to care as well. I did not use the tub bc the Jets needed scrubbing and there were a few dead bugs. Underneath the bathroom sink I went to grab hair dryer and there was a lint roller used to clean up bugs. They were still stuck to the paper. The table next to bed was near falling apart couldn’t sit anything on top. This was a very charming house in a beautiful location but I’d need of some major tlc and updating. Not worth the price paid.

We had a truly delightful stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was exceptional—made from scratch and absolutely out of this world! A lovely bonus was the sweet pup on the premises. She adored attention and loved to snuggle and snooze. What started as a simple stop on our journey back to Colorado from DC turned out to be a wonderful surprise. We left with warm memories and a desire to return! Feel free to adjust any part to better match your style!

I loved this place as it is in a large townhouse with lots of character but still comfortable and clean. Dan (and Rosie, the pup) were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with bananas foster over nutty oatmeal waffles among other selections. I would definitely stay again!

Very nice location Close to downtown but away from the noise. Just 7 minutes to Busch stadium and a 12 minute walk to Anheuser Busch tour. The room was neat and clean. The service was excellent and the breakfast was very good. Best of all Rosie is adorable

Dan was a wonderful and friendly host.I love dogs so Rosie was a treat for me but some guests may not see her that way. Hardwood floors were beautiful but a little dusty. Dan also was knowledgeable and helpful about the area

The property was beautifully kept and very comfortable. Nice comfy beds and a private bath. Although I did not partake in the included breakfast each day, the smells were wonderful! The host was so friendly and available for any questions. Loved that Rosie the dog was so welcoming as well. The area around the Inn was safe and quiet and had shops and coffee shops nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Host Dan and host puppy Rosie are a joy to stay with. Across the street from a park with walkable path and nearby restaurants. Comfortable beds and aesthetically pleasing periodical furnishings that compliment the space. At this point, my partner and I have stayed 4 times and we will continue to be future guests any time we come to St. Louis.

The host is extremely nice and friendly. We were served breakfast both mornings, and they were delicious! Our bed was big and very comfortable. We had our own private bathroom. We would stay here again if we visit St. Louis again. The location is also nice.

Dan was great, welcoming, and informative as a host. The location was great for many attractions and dining around the are. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with a mattress that allowed me to sleep like a baby. If in St Louis again, I'll be certain to check here first. 100 all the way!

Dan and Rosie are such great hosts! They were welcoming and gracious with anything I needed. The room was quiet and relaxing and breakfast was phenomenal! As a solo female traveler who works remotely, I felt safe ans would highly recommend to anyone. Wifi was great for work too!

The only thing I would caution others on about this property is that the owner allows a pit bull dog to run free. It lunged at me when I was sitting and attempting to put my shoes on. It frightened me so much I got a different place to stay.

Great Innkeeper, Dan is a delight! He called AAA to jump our car when we had a dead battery. He went out of his way to be sure we had a great visit. Breakfast was dynamite! Can’t want to visit again.

This b&b is situated in a very cool area...The park across the street is great for a walk, or pickleball, tennis etc. The restaurants nearby are fantastic- no need to drive anywhere, really. Check out the Venice Cafe (actually a bar) for sheer funkiness..Dan, the friendly and garrulous host, provided sumptuous breakfasts and many helpful suggestions. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Benton Park Inn. Dan and his dog Rosie were very welcoming. The suite was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was divine! Loved the Benton Park historic neighborhood, easy to walk to good restaurants from the Inn. We were not big B&B people but after this experience we will be back!

The property was beautifully kept and very comfortable. Nice comfy beds and a private bath. Although I did not partake in the included breakfast each day, the smells were wonderful! The host was so friendly and available for any questions. Loved that Rosie the dog was so welcoming as well. The area around the Inn was safe and quiet and had shops and coffee shops nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

This b&b is situated in a very cool area...The park across the street is great for a walk, or pickleball, tennis etc. The restaurants nearby are fantastic- no need to drive anywhere, really. Check out the Venice Cafe (actually a bar) for sheer funkiness..Dan, the friendly and garrulous host, provided sumptuous breakfasts and many helpful suggestions. We'll be back!

We had a truly delightful stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was exceptional—made from scratch and absolutely out of this world! A lovely bonus was the sweet pup on the premises. She adored attention and loved to snuggle and snooze. What started as a simple stop on our journey back to Colorado from DC turned out to be a wonderful surprise. We left with warm memories and a desire to return! I loved this place as it is in a large townhouse with lots of character but still comfortable and clean. Dan (and Rosie, the pup) were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with bananas foster over nutty oatmeal waffles among other selections. I would definitely stay again!

Great Innkeeper, Dan is a delight! He called AAA to jump our car when we had a dead battery. He went out of his way to be sure we had a great visit. Breakfast was dynamite! Can’t want to visit again.

Dan and Rosie are such great hosts! They were welcoming and gracious with anything I needed. The room was quiet and relaxing and breakfast was phenomenal! As a solo female traveler who works remotely, I felt safe ans would highly recommend to anyone. Wifi was great for work too!

Fantastic stay here. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. The beautiful house and gorgeous clean room. Very spacious and classy. The owner is super cool and friendly and we had a fun conversation. The breakfast is superb. The food is so fresh and tasty with wonderful coffee. The location is so convenient for us and there is a beautiful park right across the street. Highly recommend!!!

Lovely historic antique-filled home, very comfortable rooms and beds. Dan is warm, friendly, present, helpful, and responsive. I love that breakfast is homemade yet feels very informal (not a pre-set time where everyone staying there has to show up whether it’s convenient or not, but rather just when you come down). And we loved having a dog around. Location is very good (though everything in St. Louis is easily accessible). Highly recommend

Dan is exceptionally kind and his dog Rosie is exceptionally sweet. The bed was very comfy as were the robes. The location could not be better - across the street from a lovely park and in a wonderful neighborhood and right next to Soulard neighborhood with tons of great restaurants and Irish pubs.
