What guests think
Across reviews for Best Western Plus Metepec & Suites, guests note basic, budget-friendly stays with some comfortable rooms and courteous staff, but frequent complaints about noise, cold rooms without heating, inconsistent hot water, and cleanliness or maintenance lapses.
Several reviews appreciate the included breakfast and accessible location near main roads or the Metepec train station. Common drawbacks include transparent bathroom doors or showers that reduce privacy, slow or unreliable Wi-Fi, hard or worn beds and pillows, and a tricky, cramped parking setup. Overall, expect a simple, no-frills stopover.
