In our first, overdue for a remodel, room, the AC quit day one. They moved us that evening to a room with no smoke alarm, a concern in an older structure with no sprinklers. The toilet was round with the wrong seat (elongated). The stuck up a battery powered smoke alarm and left the open wired fixture for it and they replaced the toilet seat. The entry area to our first room was dark and had a very slippery pile of dirt and gravel where the sidewalk met the parking lot. The stairways were almost pitch black and very unsafe. The wood under the other stairway was rotted and a couple of steps seemed to be held together only by the carpet. The sink faucet was loose and sideways with no plug or plunger and the glass door to the building was broken. The once grand fountain is dirt and chipping away. This property needs serious rehabilitation.

Was good for a quick overnight stay but not somewhere I would recommend for multiple nights. It was very confusing trying to find the correct building and room number as they weren’t labeled well from the outside. Cleanliness inside the room was questionable

Not the best hotel. TV never worked, staff wasn’t helpful getting me a receipt or fixing the TV. Only positive is how close it is to the Grand Canyon. But better options closer to the canyon.

This hotel is a great value. between Williams and Tusayan. It is a little run down. On the plus side The rooms are very large. There is no regular chair. The mini-fridge was broken. There is a restaurant at the hotel and more casual dining across the street. I'd recommend this hotel if you want to save money, have basic lodging and don't mind driving 30 minutes to the canyon.
