What guests think

At Lx Hotel, Powered by ACW Circle, travelers repeatedly praise exceptionally friendly, hands-on owners, very clean renovated rooms with comfortable beds, and thoughtful extras like a complimentary made-to-order breakfast, evening drinks, snacks, and convenient parking.

Guests highlight the quiet, safe setting just off I-24 and easy access to nearby dining. Recurring drawbacks include ongoing renovations, the need to pre-order breakfast for a set time, and occasional maintenance hiccups (ice machine, laundry, TV or AC). A few reviewers also disliked strict cancellation policies and event pricing. Expect a personable, good-value stop with standout hospitality and small hotel comforts.

The service went above and beyond I was supplied with food beyond the breakfast designated time due to the work schedule that I had. The staff is friendly and very helpful! Everything is tip top shape. The only thing I faulted was the fact the laundry is out of order. Besides that everything is clean, plenty of parking spaces including electrical vehicles can be charged there as well! I appreciate the services.

The hotel is remarkably clean and comfortable. It has charging stations for a variety of vehicles (Tesla, Honda, Toyota, Nissan). The manager, Alex, provides a made to order breakfast. He was very cordial and helpful. Beds are comfortable and bathroom was spacious. When we checked in we were offered beer or wine during happy hour. Plenty of restaurants are nearby. Area seems very safe and quiet.

This place is nice. The staff is extremely pleasant and accommodating. The photos are CGI and not how the actual hotel looks. There’s no pool or anything because a room to sleep in. They have some beer on tap in the lobby which is slick. The room was recently renovated which is nice, the tv service I’m assuming it was steaming because the audio and video were out of sync and I wasn’t to get it straightened out.

While we have traveled to this area for years this was our first stay at this location. We were so happy that we have found a place that we can return to on future trips and know that we will be delighted with our stay. The amenities and staff were top notch! The rooms have all been modernized with plenty of USB ports for device charging and a large screen TV, fridge with a freezer and microwave, coffee maker and an onsite laundry and gym. In addition to all that we had a made to order breakfast from a menu with lots of choices, made fresh for us at a time that we designated. In addition they also have beer and wine available in the early evening, all as part of the very reasonable room fee! The staff were super friendly and made us feel at home. If you are visiting the area, or just going for a long trip down Hwy 24 in Tennessee and need a nice place to stop, this is it!

This was an awesome discovery. After being stuck in an Atlanta traffic jam for 4 hours, and too tired to finish the ride to Nashville…I started looking for a room and found Lx. Alex thought of everything in his simple but perfect boutique: free snacks and beverages for bedtime and even ordering your personal breakfast for the morning. The beds were very comfy; lots of water pressure and a quiet nights sleep. Thanks Alex we’ll be back on our next snowbird round trip :)

Sadly, my daughter and I cancelled our stay as the bonnaroo festival was canceled. We stayed in Nashville at another hotel that expedia helped us book because manchester did not seem safe. This stay is a five star recommendation from us! Amazing rooms, incredible service, and overall, one of the most pleasant places we have ever stayed. Check in was smooth and upon check in you are asked if you want a cook to order breakfast. You choose three items from a menu, a beverage, and a breakfast time and they cook to order for you. The beds were the best I have ever experienced with many super fluffy pillows on our king size bed. The shower is a massager with wand which is a hotel luxury we rarely find. The area around it is very quiet and in a beautiful residential area. There is a happy hour with free beer and wine from 5-7. A reflexology foot massager welcomes you if you have been traveling or walking and need a foot rub. It is not right on the highway but once we exited it literally only took two minutes to arrive. Very well worth not listening to highway noise all night. The shower amenities such as lotion, shampoo, etc were wonderful and the fridge was perfect. We are pretty picky about where we sleep on our trips and this far exceeded any expectations we have especially given the extremely reasonable price. Wonderful people and hosts. They are truly accommodating people who genuinely care about offering their guests the best in comfort. We will be back. Thank you.

Both Bea & Alex (the owners) are very nice. You can see they have done a lot of work to this property. The beds are comfortable. Great bathroom & towels. I love the fact that they make your breakfast for you. You tell them what time you will be there and what you want and within 5 minutes of arriving, it is at your table. The biscuits are fresh. Not hard as rock for the biscuits & gravy. I like my bacon crispy & cooked. It was prefect. If you are here from 5pm to 7pm, they offer you either a glass of wine, beer, soda or water. Nice touch. I have added this place on my list of hotels to visit, when I am in the area. Thank you Bea & Alex for an excellent stay!

Wow, what an unexpectedly superior experience! From the check in phase to the check out phase and everything in between, the team at LX were customer focused in every possible way. The complimentary custom breakfast each morning was a wonderful departure from the racks of cereal and stale pastries I've encountered with other properties and it was served piping hot!! I can't say enough about the property managers who set the bar for their kindness, professionalism and service hearts. I was made to feel that I was important to them and that's not something I encounter often. Lastly, I strongly urge those looking for lodging in the Manchester, TN area to seek out LX property and book a room. You won't be disappointed!!

Staff was very pleasant... The room needs work especially in the shower.. A bit disappointed after the high reviews. Made to order breakfast was same as found on the usual hot bar. I imagine they were trying to cut waste by only cooking what's needed. Plus they wanted a time you were coming, which when I travel, its when I get up and ready.. Didn't care for being on a clock. That and the room barely passing muster, puts this place on my not coming back list..

We arrived tired after 8 hours driving, and they welcomed us with free beer and snacks; They took our breakfast order the night before and made it fresh when we got to the lobby, it was delicious, free and freshly made. They sent us a text when we got to our room to ask if everything was good and if we needed anything else. Very clean room, bedsheets and towels. I loved our stay, they know how to pamper their guests.
