Standard hotel stay - two queen bed room was clean but not a lot of space. Beds were firm but comfortable. There were a generous amount of plug-ins for devices! The room did provide a wardrobe, fridge, and a good amount of counter space. Bathroom was standard: clean, good water pressure, but not a lot of counter space. This hotel had a great layout. It had several entrances, all card secured. In the back were several types of cooking grills along with a heated pool and a hot tub. The breakfast was above average. We enjoyed a three day stay there. We slept great.

The property was beautiful. The rooms were a little small, but comfortable. All amenities were provided. The hot breakfast was delicious and the pool and hot tub was wonderful. All the staff was friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Hot tub was not working again, we visited last year around the same time and same issue heating element needs to be replaced we were told???? At breakfast it was good, variety of options however the lady was rude and shuffling people out of the breakfast area and closing closing it down earlier that posted :( The coffee and juice is available to guests which was a nice option.

The floors were dirty to the point I had to wears socks in the room. The bedding was terrible - scratchy and super lumpy. The staff break room was wide open and you could see the mess. The coffee packets in the room were used. There were food crumb on the desk. The bathtub had significant stains, along with calcium deposit stains. The water pressure was really bad and it dripped all night long.

There was a dirty towel left hanging in our room. It was behind the door, so I am sure it was left by accident. The room was clean otherwise. The hallways were not very clean, but the room was all I cared about. The staff was GREAT!! Very helpful and went above and beyond to help us!

Pictures look great.... Not sure how this property has good reviews. Carpet in the room should be replaced. THIS IS A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL AND MY ROOM SMELLED LIKE A KENNEL. As another reviewer stated... SPEND THE EXTRA FOR A BETTER PLACE.

The room allowed the sound of the highway-about 100 years away to come in to the room creating an almost otherworldly ,echo-chamber effect-you felt it would be quieter-outside. I have earbuds and slept with the four pillows around, over and behind my head to try to keep it out-lack of oxygen-worth it! There are rooms on both sides of the hotel and when I did ask about moving to the non-highway side was informed that they were sold out. Never again, and I’m done with Hotels.com as this wouldn’t have happened if I hadn’t used them. When I book myself the first question I ask is if there is a quiet room available-the hotels are generally honest about this but there’s no way to do that on the site. On the site the suite that I booked was rate 10-exceptional. Perhaps the other side of the hallway is a 10 (dubious) but I would’nt give it more than a 1or 2 and that’s only because it was pretty clean. The window are tinny-it wouldn’t cost them much to add double panes glass or soundproof but when you’re making $189 a night regardless it shows a true lack of concern. Never Hotels.com again-or the Best Western Plus (?) Yuma.

The hotel itself was nice enough but the toilet was running off and on and it didn’t flush correctly. Noisy kids running around in the hallways and in their room. Sounded like they were moving furniture around all evening. Rooms definitely need to be more soundproof.

Staff was great, however, the rooms were overpriced and need A LOT of work. I've traveled all over the world, and never have I stayed in a hotel where the carpet was bunched up and not flush to the floor all over the room! Not only is this unsightly, it's a terrible trip hazard! The AC unit was very loud and hardly worked, the small refrigerator wasn't secured and almost came out of the cubby it was sitting in, the carpets outside were very worn and stained. Can't say I'll be staying again.

We’ve stayed here since it’s Microtel days- always great and very clean. I will say the beds are definitely on the firm side so if you don’t like a really firm bed you might want to look elsewhere. Otherwise the perfect spot.

This would have been perfect but the bed was absolutely awful!!! I barely slept the entire night because the bed was so uncomfortable. It was hard, lumpy and felt like sleeping on cardboard. It felt so old and just covered up by multiple mattress covers to try and make it softer. Even my daughter that can sleep anywhere complained about how awful the Mattress was. A terrible nights sleep

Was pretty upset by the treatment I got from one of the employees. When we checked in she was quite short with us. When we got to our room it was left wide open. We inspected to make sure nobody was in it and tested our key to make sure it worked. But the issue was after a long day of traveling and our room had no towels. Which mistakes happen but when we went to get it resolved the same employee was extremely rude about it as if it was our fault. Told we would “be added to a list “ to get a towel and it would not be there for “at least half an hour”. The towels never showed up had to ask room service the next day. The good, rooms were clean for the most part, the staff when we switched rooms moved the creamer we forgot in the fridge over which was thoughtful. The breakfast was good, decent options. The juice bar and coffee bar is nice. Location is quite easy to navigate and was very quiet overall. I would stay here again but don’t expect the greatest customer experience

When we checked in on Thursday March 13 around four pm the person at the desk was unfriendly and on the verge of being rude. Young woman shorter with dark hair and glasses Certainly didn’t make you feel welcome. The hotel is nice and I would still stay there again.

Our. first assigned room had a dead battery in the door lock. They moved us next door. Twice during our 5 day stay we had other people walk into our rooms because they couldn’t keep track of their rooming assignments. Staff was very rude and unapologetic, in fact they blamed us for their incompetence.

Biggest issue was having to pay an early check-in fee. We called earlier asking if we could check-in 1 hour earlier so our toddler could sleep. They never told us there would be a fee. Also room upstairs kept blasting music at 2am

A really great functional location, especially if you're visiting or otherwise have business in the foothills area of Yuma. Easy and close access to restaurants, grocery store, etc. The property itself is very clean and well sorted. The management and team obviously care about this aspect.

The room was nice and the property was safe and clean. They offer a free breakfast from 5:30 - 9:30. It’s ok but bland and Luke warm. Eggs, bacon, potatoes, biscuits and gravy along with cereal. Although the food was mediocre it is convenient for grabbing something and hitting the road. We would stay again but go down the street for a real breakfast.
