It was a nice hotel but had to wait until someone came to the front desk to check in. The next morning we came down for breakfast and they told us that the cook called out sick and there would be no breakfast.very disappointed. The pool was cold and the pool area was freezing. I feel that I was booked into the wrong room. It wasn't the same as the pictures of the room that I booked. Very disappointed.i probably woul go elsewhere next time.

I wish the pool was open for the kids, but they were waiting on a part. The Bistro was also out of several food itema for breakfast. The "free breakfast" was a miscommunication in policy between the property and hotels.com.

They had a private event and th music was so pound at. Midnight it was rattling the rooms. We had to ask them to turn it down bc we had to get up on morning. No turn down service or new towels. They told us (guests in the hotel) that we couldn’t use bar only th private event it was nuts.

I went down for breakfast only to be told the cook would be leaving for an appointment right in the middle of breakfast time. As I watched him walk off, the person at the bistro told me of the couple of things she could do. None of which appealed to me. I had already paid for a $20 breakfast voucher. What I was wanting was the French Toast. I was very disappointed. I don’t think even the person at reception or the manager knew the cook was leaving. I was very disappointed.

Room was just like it was shown in the photos. Comfortable beds. About a 20 minute downtown Nashville. Convenient location with dining & shopping within walking distance. The TV in our room wouldn't work so we had to have the staff come and fix it. The shower wasn't working correctly either. Since it was so late when we discovered this we had to make do.It wouldn't stay on the hot/warm temp as the dial kept falling down and wouldn't stay on a comfortable temperature.There was some kind of "night of love" event going on down in the ballroom. We were unaware & when we returned from our event that night we had to walk through the crowd and down the red carpet, photographers, everyone in their tux/formal attire because they were all in the middle of the hallway where we entered our corridor at. It was kind of akward for the kids to walk through everyone. Wish we were told that when we checked in and could have entered in through a different area. The heated pool was a little too cold for our liking so we didn't end up going for a swim. The gym was nice and had a variety of equipment to choose from.

Our stay was very pleasant. The woman at the front desk was friendly and quick. She mentioned all the amenities and spelled out "pool" so it didn’t excite our two little ones which was very sweet. Our room was spacious and the beds/pillows were so comfortable. The only thing that wasn't exceptional was that one of our pillows had a couple hairs on it. I'm sure the staff wouldve fixed this issue but we had more than enough pillows so we just didn’t use it.

What is unique about the property is the rooms start on the 2nd floor. This is a safety issue for me being placed on the bottom floor and when asked about a higher level room, it wasn't a problem. The staff was courteous and didn't find my concern odd but understood and made sure I was on the 3rd floor. For most hotels, if you have a floor above you can hear people in the hall or room above. I did not on my first stay. That was very surprising. The only down part is the shower had gnats in it so it had not been cleaned properly and the trash cans in the living area did not have liner bags.

I use this location often as I travel to Tennessee regularly. Always a pleasant experience. Front desk associates are very helpful and kind. Always clean and well maintained. The location is in a shopping area with many options for dinning.

No maid service. I was told I had to ask for it. Ask for it? Are you kidding me? It’s a hotel! For the price I paid there should be no question if I want maid service- it should be a given. I feel I’m owed compensation for the hotel not providing me this service. Also my friend must have left a shirt she purchased in the room. The hotel can’t find it. I think they didn’t make an effort to help. If it’s not in her bag it is still at the hotel. Neither of us live far away- we could go by and pick it up.

Nice hotel with nice rooms. Stayed one night, but slept well. The room was clean and quiet which is exactly what I was looking for. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area.

Room 415 - Broken pull out couch, night clerk not friendly. Next morning staff provided roll away bed for kids to sleep on. TV in bedroom area did not work entire trip, this room was a suite so thankfully we had 1 TV. Front desk not to helpful on TV. To operate the shower it would take a masters degrees in physics.

I really liked this hotel. Two things are always very important when staying in a hotel: 1) the comfort of the bed, and 2) the bathroom overall. The mattress here was really comfortable compared to most hotels I have stayed at. And the bathroom layout was excellent. Great shower, lots of room, etc. I highly recommend this place.

Booked a king suite for our one night stay upon arrival staff was slow to help us. Once finally checked got up to our room it was a double queen with a bathtub instead of a walk in shower. Went back down stairs and the lady seemed annoyed that I was back down there questioning why I was in a double queen instead of a king suite. She then told me they didn’t have any king suites left I told her I wanted at least a king bed and we were given a standard king room at that point. It was almost like she would hope we wouldn’t say anything about the room change. The room was clean no complaints other than it wasn’t what I booked and the staff wasn’t very helpful.

Total ripoff…payed for room online. When we arrived they asked for a card for incidentals. Next thing I know they are charging for my 8 lbs dog…and five more charges that I have no idea what they were for. Warning…if you have prepaid don’t give them your card…They will rip you off!!!

I arrived early and staff were able to check me in early. That was very appreciated after driving almost 7 hours! Everyone was very friendly, the room was clean, and the hotel was quiet. I really the layout of the property - it’s modern and inviting. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This is a great Marriott! Only reason the 4 was the toilet took forever to fill and was loud. But other than that quiet clean super staff and bistro has great breakfast! I would return.
