Great hotel and excellent location directly downtown with great views on the upper floors. The pool and bar were great they are both on the 4th floor. Small indoor pool, its a small property downtown and the pool is inside... Everything was well maintained and service was excellent! Very close to the Arena, shopping restaurants and sports venues.

Nice location. Sucked that the cocktail bar wasn’t “part of the hotel”. You couldn’t get a drink or a wine even just to bring to your room. They had a beer fridge you could pick something out of for a cost. So that was definitely different. The area was good tho.

We were thrilled to find a nice hotel, so close to the footprint center. It literally took us three minutes to walk to the entrance for a concert. Nice big room with very comfortable beds. It was pretty expensive to park the car by Valet overnight but that is my only complaint.

Had a great stay only thing was they put us in a handicapped room at 1st we directly really like so we asked to move room and they accommodated right down the hall.And they charge $43 for valet parking that's the only option for parking

30 minutes into our stay we noticed a bed bug in one of the beds. We went and told the staff. The first person we told was super polite, moved us to a new room, and told us we would either get a heavily discounted stay or get our room fully compensated. The next day when we were checking out, they were not helpful, told us that they would call us later to let us know what was going on, but there were no notes about the issue. Then when I got a call back, they couldn’t do anything for us because we used Expedia to book the hotel. So not only did I have a bed bug in my room, but I couldn’t sleep in the new room because of the fear of bed bugs in the new bed, just to end up being lied to about what the outcome of our stay would be. Be forewarned, and make sure to check your bed for bugs!!

We had a room with a pull out couch. The couch had no linens or pillows. Nor were they anywhere in our room. We called the front desk and housekeeping. The phone rang and rang and rang. Finally tried a couple hours later and was able to have someone pick up from housekeeping after about 25 rings. We were also charged for parking twice when we were told due to a special event it would be one time for our stay. Had to call and have that refunded. The refrigerator had chocolate milk, or some things spilled and stained on the inside. The couch had grease stains. Did not feel comfortable at all with condition

Rooms ac was off when we got here. According to the thermostat it was 86 in here. Set it for 65 and it got to 74 by the time we woke up. Roughly 16 hrs of non stop running because the air was off and it still never got to temp or close. Shower curtain had hair and someone’s spit on it.

The pull out bed was so uncomfortable as to be unusable. The music from the club kept us awake. The service was fine. Everyone was friendly and they offered to move us, but at that point we just didn’t have it in us to do that. Bathroom was a little rough around the edges.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It was super convenient to attend games at Chase Field. I gave it three stars in the area of property condition and facilities because the room was simply too hot at night. During the daytime, the AC worked great. At night, it would either stop blowing or blow hot air despite being set at 68. Friends who stayed in the room next door had the exact same problem.

The only issues we had is the room was a little warm, although the thermostat said it was on and at 65 it still felt warm. The bathroom sink was a bit clogged and we noticed a lot of the outlets weren’t working

We stayed here because we love Marriott and always enjoy courtyard hotels for the actual courtyard, except with this downtown pocation there was no outside courtyard. We also stayed two weeks before Christmas and theres no holiday decorations at all, and inquired at the front desk with answer that its new policy they will not be decorating. Very disappointing for our holiday away from home stay. The bed is usually my most favorite part of a Marriott stay, snd this was the hardest most uncomfortable bed, and our room 810 was so noisy, we think due to the water main outside the room in the ceiling. The rest of the room was great, a nice little couch, great large window that faced the Chase Field stadium. The location was superb, close to so many venues (bowling, comedy club, CVS pharmacy, Frys grocery store, bars & cocktail lounges, everything within 10 minutes or less.

Front desk staff at check in was very rude. She pulled up my reservation and said “two queen beds right?” and I told her “no I reserved a king bed”. She asked me for proof that I reserved a king bed so I showed her my confirmation. She then proceeded to tell me “well we don’t have any king beds available”. I am 6’6 so I was very uncomfortable during my 4 night stay. Overall customer service at check in was bad. I went down one evening to buy a water and a beer and the 2 people at the front desk seemed burdened to have to get off the videos they were watching on their phones to help check me out.

The inside of the hotel was clean, modern, and fresh. Room was really nice, a King sized bed with a sofa bed. Except there was no bedding in the sofa bed and when we pulled it out, there was stains on the mattress. My son ended up just sleeping in the couch cushions instead. The area was very sketchy. Homeless people asked us for money several times. A man was sprawled out in the street just across from the hotel, pants down low enough you could see his entire hind end. We were nervous walking around at night. Parking costs an extra 45 a night, not something we were expecting. When we tried calling to see if we could check in early, the phones just rang and rang. No one would pick up. And when we got to the hotel even though there was one person in front of us, it took almost 20 minutes to get checked in. Chase Field was only a ten minute walk and that was pretty awesome. Debating on whether we would stay here again. With the cost of parking, might be cheaper to get a hotel further away, in a safer area, and just uber to the game. Something to consider.

All around great experience. Front desk staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Only issue was the AC in our room was not blowing cool air or staying at the proper temp. We went out for a few hours and came back thinking it would change. Nope. I notified the front desk and they were very apologetic and offered I switch us room. No hassle. No issues. Very impressed. Great time. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean. The light in the restroom behind the mirror kept flashing. The shower would not turn completely off unless you put some force on it. It kept dripping and left a puddle if you didn’t close the shower door all the way. House keeping tried going into the room before check out even though the do not disturb sign was out. We called and asked for an extended checkout and was told that was fine up until 12, but housekeeping kept knocking after being told we were okay until 12. The location was very convenient and the room overall was very clean. Parking is not included. I couldn’t find that on the website. They do offer valet parking.

One-way streets and construction made getting to the hotel a bit challenging. Of course, valet parking was right out front, but it took a bit of investigative work to find much more affordable self parking. Front desk staff quickly handled a very noisy group in the next room at 3AM. Hotel is a very short walk to the Footprint Center and there are many restaurants nearby.
