Staff is welcoming and helpful. Check in was a breeze and got us our room in no time. The kitchen/bar is open late which is great and the bartender is friendly. The only issue we had was the hot tub jets didn't work well, and it wasn't hot, but it was clean and peaceful.

Easy access to 101 and 202 loops. Great mall within 5 minutes. Excellent sidewalks and safe road crossings for even 5 mile runs around this safe and clean area. Property is clean, pool is heated, hot tub is nice. Buffet style breakfast and the Drury kick back at night are both great amenities. Has washer/dryer, the exercise room has dumbbells, exercise bike, treadmills and ellipticals. Coffee all day. Room was clean, quiet, plethora of outlets for our modern devices, and has the pump-type shower gel, shampoo, conditioner in the shower/tub.

Have stayed here many times to visit family and it’s great every time. Everyone is friendly, rooms are very clean. Hotel is quiet. The workout facility is nice. The breakfast and evening kickback are a great perk. The food from the bar is good as well.

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff! We stayed for 6 nights and everything from check in to check out was seamless. The staff was always friendly, the room was clean, the pool was nice (hot tub jets don’t “jet”) and the complimentary happy hour and snacks was as you’d expect. Would definitely stay here again!! The room was outdated, very spacious. The bathroom was all tile and looked clean. Bed was pretty comfortable. The living room was filthy! The couch and chair was stained so badly that I went to get a sheet from the closet to sit on. I opened the bag the pillows were stained with urine stains!!! I took of my shoes and socks walked on wet carpet! The ceiling was stained from water leaking from ac onto the carpet! Disgusting that no one quality inspects these rooms. I took pictures of everything and showed them to the lady at the front desk. She seemed not to care, just asked about the leak. That was it! Not even an apology for the condition of the room! Don’t stay here!

Check in was fast and friendly. Nobody was at the desk when I wanted to check out. Housekeeping employee was friendly. USB and electrical outlet would be nice at the nightstand. Cleanliness was fair, the bathroom sink drained very slowly. Carpets needed cleaning. I did not try the breakfast.

I stayed for one night. The staff is so friendly and welcoming! The rooms have an older style to them, but everything worked fine. The only recommendation that I would make is to put a mattress cover over the mattress , so it’s easily removable and washable! There was a stain on the mattress, but the sheets were clean! The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean! Quiet area!

I did have a bit of delay a check in. I’m still not sure why it took so long or why it required getting another person when I had made reservations online and it should have all been taken care of. I was exhausted and ready to call it a night but eventually I did make it to my room. First appearance the room looked clean. I did find some hair an a pillow and there was dust and a long grey hair on the lamp. Breakfast was good and I was allowed a late checkout which was nice since I didn’t need to be at the airport until 4:00. It was much nicer being in a room than waiting area at the airport.

Average hotel, great proce for the Phoenix market. Nothing fancy about the rooms. Beds are super soft and bouncy. Water pressure in the shower is to be desired without the ability to change different settings on the shower head. The food thats offered for breakfast and dinner is very basic. Popcorn in the evenings is convenient for the kids.

Drury Inn is a great option for families or friends traveling together! We had 4 adults in a suite with plenty of room. No one felt crowded. Our stay included breakfast, evening drinks, and a meal. There are also some great restaurants in the vicinity for any DoorDash desires. e enjoyed the serenity of the pool and hot tub and views of the stunning sunrises from our bedroom window! This great location quickly gets you onto a major highway and is about 17 mins from the airport. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Everything was up to Drury standards. We want express our appreciation to the front desk person and her name was Ava, we had travelled thru a some severe weather conditions including a great deal of hail. We were welcomed by a great deal of warmth by this young lady. She is young but I recommend management keep an eye on this youn lady she has great potential.

Overall this place was fantastic. Rich was friendly at check in. We arrived late but the bar was open until midnight. Nancy was fun and friendly. Ricky, Bitsy and all the staff were top notch. Our only issue was that our room was missed by house cleaning 2 days in a row. However, they were prompt to get us new towels right away.

Previous reviews are very accurate. Convenient to get to, located near junction of two major highways but still very quiet and easy to drive to other locations. I can see why it is rated so highly on Expedia. Also, the daily rate was very reasonable.

The property is a great value with a free hot breakfast, happy hour drinks nightly and free food during the happy hour. Was pleasantly surprised by the HH food offering. With baked potatoes, chili, hot dogs, build your own nachos, salad and pasta, it was enough food to be able to skip dinner.
