Great location in the historic arts district close to great restaurants, stores, waterfront, and the national quilt museum. Parking was on the street. Room in the annex was clean but smelled very musty. Also, what seemed like a rooftop compressor was extremely loud when it ran above the room. Other than that, the historic renovation of this building was very impressive and the materials were top grade.

We were greeted by super friendly, Anthony upon arrival. He graced us with an unexpected early check in (so appreciated)..then helped us with Restaurant and shopping suggestions. (Doe's, In & Out)...excellent choices. Our room was roomy, we'll decorated and comfortable. The large walk in shower was a plus and private water closet divine!. We loved the soft sheets, the plethora of pillows, extra blanket and coffee bar. We utilized the mini frig and the cozy couch/chair area outside of our room (2nd floor) to enjoy a glass of wine with friends. We will definitely be back to this lovely, quaint Hotel. If you are in Paduca don't miss the pastries, fresh baked breads and quiche at Kirchhoff's. I also grabbed a bottle of their fresh garlic infused olive oil and spices to go. Dined at Max's brick oven Pizza and the tuna was superb...nice wines too! 5 stars Paduca 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Unfortunately on a Sunday the bar was not open and there is no elevator in the hotel.

Room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. No window in the room and walls were exposed brick which I love but it kind of felt like a tomb. There was a small skylight off to the side. Overall cute hotel but desperately need new beds!! Mattress not very comfortable. It was a Sunday so the restaurant/ bar was closed which was unfortunate.
