Upon check-in, I was told that the key card machine was not working and had to be escorted to my room. I did not have a functioning key and had to wait in the lobby for someone to let me in each time I had to leave the room.

Easy on and off 290. Coffee/breakfast/dinner/bar onsite friendly staff. Also surrounding area short distance to Walgreens Walmart Chinese etc etc you know, all the important stuff :)

Well lit parking lot.

Quiet location, close to restaurants and freeway. Lobby bistro bar was a nice option for coffee and breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Down pillows needed a refill. But I feel most hotels we stay in have terrible pillow options as well. I will have to say the Covid signs and plastic barriers that are still in place are a bit annoying. Covid is over. The large sign in the lobby saying to wear a mask and maintain a 6 foot distance is kind of a joke.

Love this hotel! It’s off the highway so it’s quiet. Our room was beautiful, had everything we needed, including a mini fridge and microwave. Staff at check in were very friendly. Same with the bar, and the breakfast (made to order & very yummy) staff. Really love this hotel. Only thing it lacked was a bathtub in our room, and a hot tub by the pool. But we will happily stay here again when we come back to Cypress

We stayed here because your hotel is a trusted name and it was a convenient location to our event. There really wasn't a negative to our stay. If you have to have a negative, it was annoying that the entrance was blocked when we got back to our hotel late. I was hoping to drop my girls off at the door, but we couldn't access that area. It was about 1:30 a.m.

Pool, bar, outside area was nice with great stuff to do around the area.

This was a very comfortable hotel my only issue was the door slamming.I was on the first floor by the exit door there was a lot of traffic at that door! The pool area was nice and clean.The outdoor seating area was very Pleasant. The food was delicious & the staff was very Accommodating.

The staff was great... very friendly. The food was good and the hotel was really clean.

The hotel stay was good / average. We have stayed at this same location twice. Our only complaint this time is the room or carpet had a bad odor…. My room was on the 3rd floor. Room was cleaned and we took out all trash before leaving and returning for bed the odor was still present. Asked for air freshener and made us believe it the odor may have been from a/c unit.

Check in was smooth. Staff was friendly. I didn't get the info on breakfast but that's OK because we had events planned. The morning front desk person allowed me to get coffee. I was in Room 403. The microwave didn't work. The bathroom sink was slow to drain. Those were the only issues. Towels were there. Water was hot. Room was clean. There wasn't excessive noise.

Mattresses need to be updated. My back hurts after the trip :).

People and hotel were good. Unfortunately, Our room had no cell coverage.

The stay was alright - average. The refrigerator in the room was useless. It barely kept things even cool. Maintenance did look at it and it cooled a little better, but not much. For the cost, there should have been a continental breakfast included.

The check in staff met beyond my expectations, delightful helpful & possibly the best service I’ve received checking into a hotel ! Would definitely stay here again, especially the beds being super comfortable!

Excellent service beginning with check in, housekeeping to the Bistro! Although spacious, I would have enjoyed separate rooms in the suite. Ambiance a little dated; however, super comfy bed. Downside for those of us who don’t want to be near the elevator…suites are near the elevator. Otherwise, my stay was 10 out of 10!

Loved this property, room was great absolutely loved the shower!

I was travelling with my two kids, the room was spacious. We had the two queen bed. It was clean and the staff were approachable and helpful.

Spotty internet, forget working or kids gaming, television signal kept going out, forget entertainment, fire alarm was set off twice after 10:00pm and is so loud it would wake the dead. Elder guests and children would definitely suffer. Overall a horrible experience. Front staff did absolutely nothing but offer excuses.

We arrived at the hotel about 9 at night, checked into our room which was a king sized bed and a sleeper sofa, which is what we expected. We went upstairs. Initial thoughts were that the room does not look like it does in the pictures online. Opened the sleeper sofa and there were no sheets on the bed. There is a sign that says that if there are no sheets on the bed, then they are in the closet. We looked there. No sheets. I called downstairs and they said if I wanted sheets I had to come get them myself from the front desk, that they would not bring them to me. So, I went down and got them. Made up the bed. (It really aggravated me that I had to go get those sheets, this was priced a great deal higher than a motel where i would expect to do that.) The food pantry to buy snacks, etc, is barely stocked and the coupon that they gave me to cover breakfast for two days didn't actually cover breakfast, I still had to pay $10. It isn't really a restaurant but a bar that serves some starbucks and some food (a bagel, basically) and it also doubles as the bar at night. Although whenever I went to the bar, there was no one working it. The second day they had someone working the breakfast location who had never done it before and didn't know how to make a latte. You don't get housekeeping unless you're staying more than three days so don't expect the room clean. The hotel is noisy with a general feeling of being dysfunctional. I won't be going back when next we are there.

I really appreciated that the clerk listened to my concerns. I had been driving for 6 hours and she kindly checked me into a room before the check time. That was great customer service and I truly appreciated her for that. Thanks

I am 79 years old and fell in my handicap accessible room. Was able to drag myself to phone and a very helpful desk clerk called 911. I was not injured, but could NOT get up off floor due to physical issues. I was concerned because I had locked both locks: key card dead bolt card accesss, plus the lock that you physically latch over for added security. Clerk said Marriott had special tool to get in room. Staff could not locate special tool and after much difficulty and about 30 minutes they had to get some type of metal saws-all and cut through entire lock. It just turned out to be a long ordeal without the appropriate tool. Maintenance needs to know where TOOL is. My fall was minor, but if had been a guest locked in and they had serious injury or heart attack, being locked in with paramedics standing in hall 30 minutes might have been a life & death situation. Your staff needs to know where TOOL is located and be trained on how to use it - especially on doors to handicapped accessible room. This failure to gain prompt access to paramedics is a huge failure to serve handicap guests and a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Free breakfast was not offered so I did not eat anything from the menu there at the hotel other than that I had a great time and will definitely be back
