Pleasant stay. Everything was just perfect from the friendly staff through the everything else. I just have one concern and is that we went because of the indoor pool (yes we like pools even though is winter) and the pool was unannounced as closed due to maintenance. I really liked the room. It was clean and was exactly what we needed for this trip. It wasn't that far from LegoLand so it was convenient and the EV charger worked great for my car that uses J1772 but I also saw some Tesla specific chargers there. I was able to get a full charge by the next morning. I wasn't super impressed with the breakfast but it's included so I can't be too mad. My son loves bacon and they didn't have any there or any cinnamon rolls. The waffles were good though.

Place was clean and quiet. Pool was enjoyable for my kids although it seemed a bit cold for a heated pool, pool deck was every slippery. Staff at the front desk could've been nicer but maybe they had a bad day, we've all been there. Convenient location surrounded by shopping and food. Breakfast was fine.

Liked having a pool and gym. Also location is close to many dining options and shopping. The parking was tight (unless the lot across from the entrance was also part of the hotel - should have asked - my bad), and the sound proofing between floors was poor.

The only thing I have any vomplaints about is the shower. There were black pieces if mold and dirt co.ing from under the very bottom lip of the shower. Ewwwwwww

Overall the property is decent and is in a great location. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are quite spacious, with much storage and is convenient for large families. The hotel is close to nearby shopping, restaurants, Legoland and Woodbury Commons. My only concern was there was a lingering smell in the rooms and lobby area, and some of the towels needed to be cleaned better. In addition, the bathroom area could use some upgrades and better cleaning to the fixtures. The morning breakfast has many options, waffles, bagels, fruit, yogurt, cereal etc. One of the servers did not have the best attitude and reminded everyone that she had a long shift. Her attitude was unprofessional, although the rest of the staff was awesome and very helpful.

Place was very noisy all night long ppl slammed their doors and walls would vibrate felt like people were running a marathon . My bathroom was filthy had black mildew all around and i was told they will come and clean it and they never did. Room was very outdated and wall paper peeling.they had no extra room to switch my family too so we got stuck with dirty bathroom and we ended up cleaning it ourself.

The staff was very friendly. The bed was very hard and seemed small for a queen. The room we had was adjoining with another room which had a door I was not aware of and the person next door coughed all the time and it sounded like they were in our room. The air conditioning/ heating was loud and cold air was coming from underneath which was right next to the bed. The breakfast was not bad. Most likely will stay somewhere else on the next trip.

I traveled with my 4 year old daughter and husband to stay at Home 2 Suites. Upon my arrival I was told that my reservation was canceled. I was never informed because "I made my reservation 3 rd party. Although i received an email from them prior to my arrival about getting their app. Thanks to the terrible business practice and lack of technological services I arrived to town with nowhere to stay. To make matters worse I was told that this happened in the past as well. Smh. As a company that has such a "reputation" in the hotel industry, I expected better. However, I won't make the same mistake again of trusting their hotels.

Fire alarm at 3:30am. Had to wait outside for 45 minutes in our pajamas. No one gave us any information on what happened or why! Very unprofessional. My room was cleaned on the 2nd day there. I had to ask for extra towels. This visit was unlike all my previous visits to all other Hilton and Hotels. I always received excellent service for years. This was my first negative experience. All the dishes in the room were dirty upon check in, the dishwasher didn’t work, no quarters available for laundry- was told to go to the gas station. Staff were always sitting chatting or on their cell phones in the breakfast area. Painful experience- for a Hilton brand hotel

Close to Lego land, very convenient with everything local around. Had a great time but the area around the hotel has definitely changed. It does not feel as safe anymore, and I had a nasty encounter with another guest at the hotel that was threatening. I really loved this property but unfortunately will no longer be a selection for my family.

Blankets were scratchy. Breakfast was less than desired. It was busy when we went down amd ran oit of everything. I had to eat on the way after waiting over 30 min for the breakfast to be filled. No full sized conditioner. Only had 2 small bottles left amd was not enough to wash entire familys hair.

The heating was blowing on both beds in both rooms directly, sometimes hot, sometimes cold, considering there were no comforters only thick sheets on both beds, children might be sick in couple of days.I think in Miami we had comforters but here-nope you don't need it and outside was 25F. The recliner sofa was very uncomfortable and the microwave went off completely after I turned it on for a min. The breakfast contains no protein whatsoever if you're intersted in waffles and bagels they're plenty. The only okay thing was oatmeal which I was bottoming next day (they serve it everyday until container is finished). Stale dry fruts/nuts. I'd prefer try another place in the area.
