Best part about this hotel is the singing breakfast attendant! She offered the dining room guests fresh baked scones and was happy to make lactose free eggs. The property is convenient to Kennebunkport and Wells and right off the highway. The gym needs yoga mats but otherwise is fine. Pool refreshing. Would say here again.

Staff was really great! Love the singing staff member at breakfast time. Breakfast was very good. The sliding barn door for the bathroom was horrible. I highly suggest immediately switching back to normal doors. There is absolutely no privacy with that and it is very uncomfortable.

The staff, location, and hotel was great. The only thing that had me counting down the days to be back home was how painfully uncomfortable the bed was. The bed was so uncomfortably firm that I had a hard time sleeping through the night and woke with back and hip pain.

Hotel is clean and service was great but omg there’s no soundproofing! I could hear people above me, each side of me and anyone talking in hallway sound like they are in the room with you. I’m usually not a light sleeper but my daughter and I both felt like we were sleeping in an open dorm. Bring your earplugs.

The site was off street, buildings spaced out nicely with wide parking spaces, and quieter as street noise was distant. Rooms are large, we had a king bed and furniture in good shape, clean. Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel set in pump bottles within the large shower, really like this format skipping the waste of little bottles. Breakfast offered hot eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes with various other items and fresh fruit. Really a nice stay there.

Property was well kept. Room clean upon arrival. Check in was at front desk; not able to use the keyless check in as offered on the Hilton app. Breakfast was fine and as expected. Room was not serviced at all during our three night stay even though it stated on a placard in the room that service would be done every other day. When I inquired at the desk upon checkout, I was offered an apology and staff stated that someone should have asked me how often we wanted the room services when we checked in. :(

Dining area was very clean. Staff made sure to wipe down tables even chairs after each use. Also we had to cut our vacation short due to work issues, the manager was able to accommodate and we we’re able to leave 2 days earlier without any hassle and with full refund.

Well maintained property, and one of the most well presented breakfast services we have seen (and we travel a lot). All of the staff are super friendly and set the example for hospitality with a smile! Danielle, at the desk, extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. She made us feel so welcomed and takes pride in taking care of her guests! We stayed their to visit family on a somber occasion, and she made us feel at home. She had no idea of our somber visit, and certainly brought a bit of sunshine to our days there.

I spent some time specifically picking out the kind of room we wanted based on the people coming on the trip. Upon check in I was told they over booked and my room choice wasn't available. And that our reservation just held a room at the hotel, not any specific room. Don’t give me the option of a room and then not be able to produce the room. There were several rooms that were sold out, when I tried to book. If you couldn’t give us 2 queen beds then that room should have been sold out too!

The property is a relatively new property and easily accessibly from I 95, but a bit of an adventure coming from Kennebunkport downtown. GPS helps. The biggest problem we had was trying to find a place to eat once we were at the hotel. Most of the restaurants were closed nearby and ended up eating at a national pizza store. I think the the rooms were overpriced given the post Labor Day date and prior to the fall leaf viewing time. It was the most expensive of the national chain competitors we stayed in during the week.

Spotlessly clean. Very new room with excellent bed and furniture. Excellent breakfast buffet and very friendly staff - both at the front desk and in the dining area. They put out complimentary cookies and apple juice after dinner. Nice touch. If I ever make it back to the Maine coast, this is the place to stay. Simply outstanding hotel.
