Asked for towels to be replaced and did not have them replaced. Balcony door lock was broken with no warning to me other than a broom stick. No bedside outlets for devices.

Pretty good location however the room could be cleaner. The surfaces were clean but the walls were very dirty and linens had stains. The staff was helpful when the coffee machine did not work and quickly switched it out. The amenities of the fridge freezer combo and microwave in room were great. It was also nice having the separate room with bunk beds for our family.

hotel was nice, staff was nice. the room was nice. my only complaint is that the wifi sucked, like it was not a good reception anywhere. all i wanted to do was relax n scroll on social media at the end of the night after doing so much exploring throughout the day. oh and also the lights in my room kept flickering so that kinda sucked but overall experience was great, location was next to many stores and restaurants. parking was nice, there was always a spot when coming back at the end of the day.
