The room was excellent! It was clean and comfy. The staff was amazing. The front desk staff was very polite and the lady that worked in the morning at the Bistro was very nice. We used the pool and it was in a heated room which was nice. However, a group of baseball kids and their families overtook the tiny pool area and we had to leave. There were definitely over 20 kids and it was very chaotic. The families didn’t even care other people were in the pool.

Very nice hotel. Property is very modern and clean. Rooms are also modern and clean. Front desk staff was very nice and polite. Nice bar area off of the lobby. Didn't use the indoor pool or workout room but both looked nice. Great centralized location with short drive to downtown and lake.

My family of 5 stayed here why we visited Hot Springs in a 5 minute drive to downtown and all the bath houses. Definitely will stay here again. Kids loved the pool.

Hotel, room very clean. Housekeeping came every other day to clean room. Staff very friendly. Disappointed that there was no free hot breakfast. You could order your breakfast, dinner from the beefstro. Nice patio with a firepit to sit outside. Over all a good stay.

I had a fabulous stay at Marriott. Staff was friendly and attentive. Parking was abundant. This hotel is near restaurants and gas stations. You cannot walk to many places but it is in a convenient location. Room was good size and the beds were very comfortable.

It’s so handy having a bistro/bar in the lobby- we were travelling with our toddler and it’s so much easier than worrying about where to eat after a long drive! Charlene at the bar was especially wonderful!

Overall the hotel was nice but our room definitely needed a more thorough cleaning. The glasses in the room had lip stick marks on them which were dirty. The towel in the bathroom had tiny black hairs on it which again, indicated it was dirty. The sink was clogged and you couldn’t run water for longer than a second before it would go down so that you could use it. The shower had little black hairs all over the walls and soap dish tray and appeared as though it hadn’t been cleaned after the previous customers. The rest of the hotel seemed clean/nice so we were disappointed that our room was not.

Service and comfort was great. The bathroom was molded in shower and one of the bathroom towel was covered in pubic hair. The beds were great and the view was pretty good. I think there might be some better options on area and hotels though.

Plugs don’t work, usb ports for charging available but not in working condition. We charged our smart watches in our car. Coffee maker was broken, not in working condition, front desk sent staff to replace it for us. TV kept playing Marriott ads and no other controls on remote worked, had to call front desk again to fix the TV. We saw two cockroaches during our 2 night stay at this hotel.

This is a beautiful property! We had originally booked another property that was terrible. So, we moved to the Courtyard. All staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was very quiet and comfortable, and the facility / grounds are just beautiful. Only one negative -- some long hairs found in our shower that weren't ours, but we got over it !

Had a top floor and end room. Thinking it would be quieter. It was quieter, however the room was very warm. I turned thermostat down and after several hours the room temperature actually rose. I went to front desk and the said the room would cool off once the sun set. The front desk handed me a small fan. Late in the evening it began to cool off. The next day the room exceeded the set temperature of the thermostat again.

I really liked this hotel. Me & my boyfriend visited for a quick weekend getaway & it was very nice. The room was very spacious & clean. We did have an issue with our TV once we arrived but the staff was very efficient with fixing the issue as well as taking money off our first nights stay & providing breakfast vouchers which I thought was very nice. If I ever visit Hot Springs again, I will definitely stay here!

Property was well maintained staff was very friendly,but the beds were the hardest courtyard beds we ever slept on and a/c seemed to get warmer than it should have in the middle of the night so we didn't sleep well,

Tanya did not like that I had booked through Expedia and as such stated I would not earn points etc… then when I requested a bottle of water she said that only those members who booked through the site could get water bottle. She was extremely condescending and treated me as though I never travel. When I was headed to my room I noticed a lovely water canister and that is all she should have stated was that they had complimentary water around the corner. Instead of trying to make me feel bad for booking through a 3rd party.

This place was fantastic..the best one we have ever stayed in. First ..Bernis (i hope i spelled his name right) was incredibly nice ,professional and helpful on the phone before we made reservations. He was spectacular when we checked in and even above and beyond when we asked about where to eat steak..where to get ice cream..downtown...he is just amazing and he deserves all these stars. Everything else was great as we have experienced with Courtyards before. Breakfast Lauren was super sweet and kind.

Typical Marriott Courtyard property. What stood out was the staff. Team member that checked us in was awesome! Rest of the staff very professional and friendly. Property was very clean. Parking was open but all the "Park at your own risk" signs was unnerving as was the lack of security cameras sufficient to cover the parking areas.
