What guests think

At Quality Inn Lewisburg, travelers frequently praise the clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and convenient location near the interstate and restaurants, with many calling out the reliable hot breakfast and overall good value for short, practical stays.

The property is older with exterior-entry rooms and no elevator, and several guests note dated exteriors and accessibility challenges such as steps to first-floor doors. Amenities like the on-site bar/grill and outdoor pool are appreciated, though music and smokers near rooms can cause noise, and parking behind the building is narrow or awkward with occasional lighting concerns. Feedback on maintenance and housekeeping is mixed, with reports of noisy or dirty AC units, occasional pests, small TVs, and variable water temperature or pressure. Expect a straightforward, budget-friendly motel stay with strong basics and a few trade-offs.

The included breakfast had lots of choices. The room was very clean, but there was no option for a walk in shower or handicap accessible bathroom with grab bars around the toilet. The biggest inconvenience, is that there is a 2-step cement entrance in front of your entry door, on the first floor, which is nearly impossible if you use a walker, cane, or have hip issues that make it difficult for you to do the big step up. Only thing worse would have been if you are put up on the second floor, because there is no elevator!!! Not sure how this issue passes ADA requirements. There are many restaurants close by, which is convenient.

Quality Inn Lewisburg West Virginia is a very good place to stay. Suitable for families and handicapped accessible. The staff were very friendly and professional. Everything was clean and in good condition. Breakfast was great with a good variety. The breakfast room is large and nicely decorated. There is hot coffee and tea available in the lobby as well as vending machines with a variety of snacks and beverages. Entry is from the outside for each individual room. We were able to park directly in front of our room. In addition to the restaurant in the motel, there are several restaurants close by. I would recommend this Quantity Inn for a stay in Lewisburg. We were visiting Greenbrier Resort for a Bunker Tour and this Quality Inn is only a few minutes away.

The check-in staff was courteous and helpful...The room was average in cleanliness, but there were some areas of the room that could have been cleaner, i.e. the bathroom and carpet...The maid staff were very friendly and accommodating... Nice attached bar onsite with very inexpensive beer from my perspective... Parking was plentiful, but when fellow customers were walking by or entering their vehicle near the room you can hear everything!!! Loud... Overall a decent stay...

Clean room. Loud motorcycles everywhere unfortunately. The parking situation was horrible. We had to drive clear around the hotel to a one-lane driveway to park next to our room. When we left, we had to back-up for about a block to get out. Need a redesign of some sort back there.

We had a good experience at the Quality Inn in Lewisburg WV. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable! Breakfast was included with our stay. The pool is located across the back parking lot and not attached to the property which didn't matter to us because we didn't have the time to use it. Good enough for a short stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with the exception of a man sent to fix our non working tv remote. He came in the evening when my wife was alone in the room. She was not comfortable opening the door and asked him to come back (when I was there) He said if she didn’t let him in he wasn't coming back and did not. The room was clean, the outside corridor not so clean trash outside rooms. A large gap under the door easy entry for bugs. And we were unable to use the tv.

The property needs to be updated. The water could have been a lot hotter too. Tiny tv in the room. The AC unit was very dirty. Every room needs to be treated as every guest has a breathing illness. Clean AC units and filters all of the time. Give more time on each room. Cleanliness is very important.

Front desk staff were great, no complaints. The room on the other hand. We were right next to a bar with an outside area for smoking. Opening our door brought in the smell of smoke and the people were very loud until around midnight. The bed was hard as a rock and the closest ice machine was out of order. I can't stress enough how bad the bed was. The front desk did offer to switch rooms when I called about the noise and smoke but we were already in bed and unpacked and the thought of moving again when we were just overnight to get back on the road seemed worse than the noise. Did I mention the bed was terrible? I wouldn't pay $50 to stay here let alone almost $170.

This is a large property that looks questionable when you drive up. I had a pet so they put me on the back side of the property with a narrow drive. I wasn't quite sure how to handle the drive so I ended up backing up along the building and parking so I could easily pull out. At first I felt a bit uncomfortable being a solo traveler at the back of the building but then I enjoyed it because it was quiet and well lit at night. The room was nice and looked to be recently remodeled. It was spacious and the internet worked great. There was a nice looking clean pool. The breakfast had good options and items changed daily. There was a lovely community right behind the property that was nice to walk my pet. There is a Walmart and Starbucks within walking distance. It was a nice little area to stay in.

There is a busy (popular) bar and restaurant in the center of the building (by the office) with pool tables and loud music open until 11 pm. People went in and out constantly at night and they congregated close to our room’s door to smoke and talk loud. Everytime they opened the bar door leading to the parking lot you could hear in our room the music blasting. We were right next door so maybe no a problem for other rooms farther. Our room had a broken bathroom faucet. The staff seemed a bit rough.

I booked my room for a Saturday night and check out was at 11:00 am. At 9:00 am there was pounding on the door and a lady said she was there to clean the room. We told her we were asleep, and she said that someone had already checked out of our room. We told her obviously not, and had a " do not disturb hanging from the handle. At that time, we got up and started packing to leave. Thirty minutes later, another lady said she was there to clean the room. At this point, the staff was trying to rouse everyone from their rooms so they could begin cleaning. That Saturday night, there was a concert and the staff were rushing everyone to leave. It was rude. They did have shuttle service, but it only took you to the parking lot, and they could not confirm someone to be there to pick you up afterwards.
