Check-in was great. The young man who helped us was so kind and helpful. We were exhausted after traveling all day and just wanted to rest. When we got to our room the air conditioner was on and very loud but I was too tired to go and ask for a different room so we ended up sleeping hot so the noise wouldn't keep us awake. The next day when I brought it up to the woman at the front desk she told me I should have said something so they could change our room and I told her that that wasn't the problem and I just wanted to make them aware of the situation and she was still quite rude about the whole thing. When we had breakfast the server did not come around for at least 15 minutes and when he did come around he apologized but said he was on the phone which I thought was unprofessional. The breakfast is definitely not worth the money and I would not pay that again. If the gentleman at check-in would not have been there I would have given a one star for service.

This feels like a Hilton in name only. The property is not being maintained to the standards I would expect from the Hilton brand. Even the pillows were extremely old and provided very little support—they clearly need to be replaced. Overall, the property needs better maintenance and upgrades. Please work on maintaining the quality and standards expected from a Hilton property. The Hilton name alone isn’t enough; guests should receive a quality stay that matches the prices being charged.
