Great hotel with a nice location. The suites was perfect for two adults who aren't a couple. I was under the impression it was right off the river and a balcony would provide views of the riverfront so it was disappointing to pay more for no view. Overall I would stay again but choose no balcony.

We stay here 3-4 times a year to enjoy the shops and restaurants of downtown Naperville. The Indigo never disappoints. Always clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are all nice regardless of the type you get. Love the close proximity to great restaurants and bars that we can walk to. A great choice if you want to stay downtown.

Perfect location to spend time in downtown Naperville. Free self parking was a plus. Not sure the room rates are justified with such limited onsite amenities, however I wouldn’t mind staying here in the future.

The front desk was super helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and it was super clean. The blow dryer was broken and I took it down to get a new one and the amazing man at the front desk handed me a brand new blow dryer in the box. We ate at Santo Cielo for our 10 year anniversary and everything we had was absolutely amazing. They brought out 2 complimentary glasses of champagne with a candle for us to blow put together and a complimentary dessert. Our waitress was so sweet and kind. The view was gorgeous. The river walk was stunning at night. We stopped at the Plank and had a night cap. The bartender was amazing! We went back to our hotel room and slept like a rock. The next morning we ate breakfast at the Plank, it was so good! We walked around and shopped the next morning and had a blast. We’re not ready to leave lol I’d definitely recommend going there! Especially if you’re celebrating anything!
