What guests think
At Courtyard by Marriott Chihuahua, travellers consistently praise the walkable, safe Distrito 1 location, while ongoing elevator renovations and scarce parking create the most disruption through delays, noise, and occasional dust for guests moving around the property.
Rooms are generally spacious and comfortable, though some face street or nightlife noise and a few mention dim bathroom lighting. Cleanliness and upkeep receive mixed feedback, with several reports of hot-water delays or weak air conditioning contrasted by many notes on tidy rooms. Service and dining experiences vary from exceptionally helpful staff and enjoyable breakfasts or room service to curt front-desk interactions, slow check-in, limited buffet options, and occasional dining-area cleanliness issues. Overall, it suits travellers prioritizing walkability and comfort over seamless operations.
