What guests think
Across recent reviews, Dimele stands out for its central, walkable location near Fabrika bus station and Mykonos Town, warm and helpful hosts who share tips and arrange transfers, clean and comfortable rooms—many with sea or windmill views—and complimentary refreshments.
Many also praise the value for money and a generally quiet setting despite proximity to town. Drawbacks appear in a few reviews, including small bathrooms, occasional road noise, and an isolated report of a damp, window‑limited room with patchy in‑room Wi‑Fi and many steps. Overall, expect a friendly, well-located base for exploring Mykonos.

We were greeted by Eleni, the owner's daughter at the port. Amidst the chaos she still found us and helped us with our bags into the vehicle. She gave us a quick rundown while driving around the city and then helped us check-in. She was extremely helpful and gave us advice on where to go. The room was comfy and had all the amenities we needed. For rooms with no sea view guests have access to a balcony down the hallway (pictured below). Would recommend!

Perfect location! Right next to the bus stop, the windmills, and Mykonos town. The place is very clean and the rooms are very cute. I loved that they thought of everything. They even provide you with beach towels. The reception explained everything to us regarding the island and getting around which was extremely helpful.

The staff are incredibly kind and accommodating and easy to communicate with. There is parking right next to the hotel and the bus stop is a 2 minute walk. It’s very quiet while being 5 minutes walk from downtown Mykonos. We had a wonderful view of the ocean and the windmills. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Upon arrival we got some excellent tips from the lady at reception. She was very welcoming and helpful, explaining the bus system and points of interest and gave great recommendations. The room had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Overall, an excellent choice. Can’t fault it. Also, location is perfect for the bus (2 minutes walk) and for exploring Mykonos town.

The property itself is quite basic. But for the price it’s amazing! It’s convenient for transportation to/from paradise paraga areas. You are 5 mins walk from little Venice. The bathrooms are small. But our goal was not to stay in a hotel room all day - we just wanted a place to crash after all the partying and experiences and it was perfect! I like that taxis are also close so it was super convenient everywhich way.

Super close to bus station Fabrica, only a 3 minute walk and right next to Mykonos town. Would definitely visit again!
We had a wonderful experience at Dimele Rooms and Studios. Eleni the owner is great and all about hospitalityl! She goes all above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. She was so inviting and friendly, felt like family☺️ The room was wonderful, clean, very comfortable, and had great interior. Comfortable beds. We even got a transfer to the airport.

Location
Central and walkable—steps from Fabrika bus station, Mykonos Town, the windmills, and Little Venice—making beach connections easy. A few mention hills or many steps and, in one case, traffic noise.

I do have to say i was a bit nervous about our stay only because i read reviews of it being on a hill and i was traveling with someone who had mobility issues. However the location was absolutely perfect, the view from our room was amazing, and it was just above the start of all the shops, the bus/taxi station and restuarnts. The host who met us that day was so nice to go over a map with me and show me where things were. The stay was great would definately reccommend and stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Dimele Rooms so much! Excellent location within walking distance to Mykonos Town (literally on the doorstep). The bus station is also super close, with easy and cheap access to the beaches. Our room was clean and comfortable with a great view over Mykonos Town, the sea and the famous windmills! Perfect spot to watch the sunset. Staff were also very helpful and friendly. Overall highly recommend and we will be visiting again!

The hospitality of the owner and staff was excellent, and the room was very clean with perfect daily housekeeping. Complimentary water, coffee, and snacks were also provided everyday. The balcony offered a view of the sea. Considering the price, it was very reasonable and perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.
