I’m not sure why this hotel currently has 3 out of 5 stars unless others have had a very different experience. Ours was not a good one. The room was reasonably clean, but very dated and worn - honestly, borderline gross. We stayed one night on a road trip and intentionally chose an Extended Stay for the full-size refrigerator/freezer because we were traveling with perishable items and medication that needed to stay cold. When we arrived, the refrigerator was on its lowest setting. We immediately turned it to the highest and left for dinner. Three hours later, both the fridge and freezer were still warm. Thankfully, I had enough ice packs to keep my medication cool, but we lost other perishable items. It was still warm the next morning, and there was no one in the office to report it to. The fridge was clean inside but disgustingly dirty outside. The hallways and elevator had trash around and reeked of cigarette smoke despite all the “No Smoking” signs. The mattress was rock hard, and the three pillows were pancake flat (why not provide four if they are going to be that flat)?. They were the flattest pillows I have ever seen in a hotel. The air conditioning worked well, but was very noisy; so was the non-functioning fridge. We’ve had good experiences at other Extended Stay hotels, but this location was not great. We wouldn’t stay here again.

The place smelled of smoke. No hairdryer, no shampoo or conditioner, no coat hangars, no tissues, no lamp, no clock. There was a tv, refrigerator, stove top and microwave. You could ask for basic utensils and pots and pans.
