Love the outdoor courtyard and glass dining area. Slippers and robes are always a nice touch. Never been to a hotel that doesn’t have coffee in the room. Only visited the bar for a drink and snack. Drinks good, tots good. Overall nice. Love the location. Walking distance to many great restaurants and the theater. The only real complaint was church out is at noon and we had our not now sign out, but housekeeping came at 9:45 and 11:00 and knocked on our door. At 9:45 they tried to come in. Not sure what the mix up was, but that was frustrating and especially when we have our sign hanging.

A great experience. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The valet even filled our cooler with ice as we were leaving. They had a great shuttle service as well. One of the best hotel stays we have ever had - will definitely be back. Just cannot say enough good things about this hotel!

Wonderful surprise! With 150 rooms it somehow still maintains its ultra cool bourbon inspired boutique feel. Rooms are large and sexy. Hotel lobby has great craft contact menu and even bourbon options for the true fanatic…like Pappy VanWinkle. The newly renovated attached building had live music. The icing on the cake for us was the airport service. In the hotels private Mercedes, they both dropped off and picked up from the airport. No waiting for a hotel shuttle. This was a high end service they offered with a smile. We will definitely be back, with friends!

The highlights for us were the appetizers at Coppin's, the details and decorations, the historic building and the atmosphere. For the price and rating I was hoping for white-glove cleanliness in the room but there were crumbs around the trashcan, dust in the hard to reach corners of the carpet and peeling/discolored grout. Since those are things you find in almost every hotel it is understandable I am just hoping to find a hotel that is above and beyond with their housekeeping standards. I will say we had friends in a suite in the North side of the hotel and their room was on a different level of clean. It would be great to see consistency across the board no matter the price of the room. With that said I would absolutely stay there again and enjoy myself.

Excellent property in a really nice area. Plenty of restaurants all around. The cleanliness of my room wasn’t the best and although I paid in advance, I was charged again for the full cost of my room. They did make it right by offering food vouchers. I think for the location and elevated feel of the hotel, more care should be taken regarding the details.

So the pictures are basically a catfish. The bathroom was clearly renovated, but the lobby, the elevators the halls and the rooms were very dated. Like it was old and dirty looking. The lobby looked NOTHING like the picture. There was dust in my room. But the sheets were clean and the staff was super nice.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The room was great. Loved the robes and although we did not partake in any of the minibar items minus one juice in the morning, the options were really good. Loved the robes. Only thing that kind of grossed me out and didn’t notice until morning in daylight when I was making the bed up there was a very large stain on the bed sheets which appeared to be old urine. Other than that the stay was very pleasant. We also had a fantastic brunch the next morning at the restaurant.

This is a very good hotel and we would stay here again because of its convenient location - we could to walk to most everything we wanted to do. Unfortunately, there was a wedding party staying there and they were very loud. The room was very comfortable but did not shield the noise from the motorcycles on the street and party very well. The bed and sheets were great and they had several miscellaneous items that one could partake (added to bill if used). The shower was awesome but the hardware felt poorly installed (toilet paper holder and shower door handle seemed under tightened). The room service was very nice and we had an excellent experience with the service staff. The bar in the lobby was nicely stocked but the bartenders were borderline rude - at least one definitely was. The restaurant is fantastic and the food was great (and we had a dessert that was out of the world.

It was a really nice property but the door was so thin we could hear everything in the hallway. The shower door leaked on the side and underneath. Tv also has minimal options and no streaming services. We requested a late checkout and were told we would be charged half a nights stay to do so- never had that response before from any hotel. It was a great room and hotel otherwise but just a few things to keep in mind for staying here.

This was our second stay at this property and we absolutely loved it! The first time we stayed in the main hotel and this time we stayed in the north hotel section. I highly recommend the north. The rooms are absolutely stunning, quiet and beautifully decorated. The North also has its own bar, which is lovely.

We were so happy with our stay! We stayed for two nights for my son’s birthday. Valet and bell service were great. Hotel staff were amazing. Beautiful room which impressed the kids. Very clean and comfortable. Also extremely quiet. It felt like we were the only ones staying in the entire hotel. The only disappointing thing was the view. Online our room was advertised as “city view” but it was actually just a view right into the windows of other guest rooms. Because of this we had to keep the drapes closed, which wasn’t a huge issue except lighting in the room was poor. Overall a wonderful and memorable stay. Would definitely recommend!

We loved the room and staff were very nice. All the Valet were awesome and great touch to be taken to area activities when they were available. The only complaint was restaurant was so-so and everything we had was under-seasoned and underwhelming. The room was very well done and they did not go cheap on anything. We stayed in the Rowboing suite and it was beautiful. The bed was comfy, the bathroom is nice, lots of water pressure and good hot water (that’s been an issue at other hotels lately). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely stay. Will definitely come back.

I would choose the North next time, only because it's a bit fresher and the views are better, but I think Hotel Covington is the best hotel in "Cincinnati." The restaurant and bar are fun, food is good, there's always lots of activity, the staff is extraordinary. No complaints!

Nearly everything about my stay was wonderful. From check-in to checkout, the people are friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The only negative was attempting to get a coffee at the coffee bar took entirely too long (over 30 minutes). Two people working for the amount of customers on a Saturday morning is unacceptable (and one of them was so slow). Meanwhile, multiple dining room workers stood around right by the coffee bar.

I really enjoyed the stay. The hotel was beautiful & the staff was extremely friendly. My problem was with their valet. I checked my luxury car into valet in perfect condition, after an overnight stay I had my car returned & the gear shift was just hanging. Anybody that has ever driven the newer Cadillac knows that the gear shift is a little complicated. The valet broke it & I complained, spoke to General Manager & his compensation suggested was I can give you a very nice rate on another night’s stay so you can take vehicle to a shop to Have a pleasant day. Thank you Tamy(your Uber delivery driver). repaired. I told him that was not possible, I was in town for the festival & had to be back home in Wisconsin that evening. He basically told me well he wasn’t going to be responsible for anything that happened while I drove back because he made a suggestion & drive safe. I was speechless.

The hotel is beautiful and our room was really nice. The front desk was quick to address an issue with our safe and refill the hair conditioner. Our only complaint would be with the service in the dining room. We came down to have breakfast on our second morning and we were told we had to wait to be seated. (Many tables were empty) The hostess took our number and said it would be about 15mins, but she never messaged us so we walked to a local coffee shop. When we returned we stepped in the dining room to say hello to family and a different waitress rudely told us we needed to go to the front desk. The food we had for breakfast the day before was very good and we had looked forward to having it again.

What a great hotel!!! We had a wonderful visit. The accommodations stellar, so eclectic, loved the design. The staff was fantastic!! Everyone from the front desk who greeted us with a smile each time we went by, to the bartender who made us an herbal tea and an espresso when we got in after the restaurant was closed, to the charming server who served our breakfast. And last but not least Edward who picked us up from the airport and was kind enough to drop us at the zoo. He was extremely courteous and so knowledgeable about the area. Many thanks!

Beautiful hotel. They even have a Mercedes SUV pick you up from the airport. The staff is easy to communicate through text and helped with literally everything I needed. They are incredible. Probably the best customer service I’ve experienced even before I arrived! The lounge & restaurant is nice as well with lovely cocktails and delicious food. Try the snapper!

It was a neat building with good style. Most of the staff was awesome! Helpful and friendly, but there was one exception; a young man at the front desk was rude when I asked a simple question while checking in. He acted like I was supposed to already know the policy. It wasn't on the website or check-in instructions, that's why I was asking. Fortunately a more professional person stepped in and helped me.

Lovely hotel, huge room, great attentive staff, great bar. The negative for me was that Breakfast was incredibly expensive for what it was (small bacon sandwich and some mixed fruit) also options were very limited I had expected a better offering for the quality of the hotel and given the price per night breakfast should have been included at the quality level I experienced.

Incredible hotel for a splurge weekend! Coppins has great drinks and food, the room was spacious and had a ton of character and fun touches (my husband and I felt like kids again playing Uno in our down time) Room service breakfast was top notch and not to be missed! It came on time and was hot and fresh. Take advantage of the free shuttle from the hotel to go in town a few miles from the hotel. It’s so worth it to check everything out. This place is close to everything! Highly recommend the Tequila/Bourbon bar across the road - the tacos were to die for. The brewery right behind it was great too! Centrally located to all of Cincy’s sports venues along with the Covington art and food scene, you really get the best of both worlds. My only gripe is that we had to ask for cleaning service on our second day as they didn’t service the room in the morning/afternoon while we were out. Other than that, we would definitely stay again
