Great property! super comfy and clean. the fire pit we had wouldn't light though; cabin next to use had to manually light theirs but we couldn't get ours to function with the auto starter or a hand held lighter even after following the instructions.

We really liked the location and the patio with views of the river and mountains; the sound of the water was very relaxing. It is a very safe and peaceful place. I was really disappointed because we wanted to stay for 10 nights but they only had 4 available; that was a letdown. I would rent it again 😀

There was a mistake with the deluxe cabin listing I booked. The KOA owner Andie, and manager staff made it all right. It's a great, beautiful location. If we return, we will most likely book on the KOA site and reserve a Deluxe cabin, (choose numbers 1-5) that is fully furnished with bedding, a kitchen and a fireplace experience with a great view. If you book through Expedia, just make sure you know if it's furnished or if you need to bring your own bedding and towels.

This was a 5 star glamping experience. The deck overlooking the river was amazing. I could relax on that deck all evening after floating the river. Location was perfect for the top of the river and the hot pools. Loved it!
