Across recent reviews, Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lincoln Southeast is frequently praised for very clean rooms, a convenient southeast Lincoln location near shopping and dining, and a solid complimentary breakfast that many guests highlight during their stay.

The warm, small pool and a decent gym earn mentions, and parking is easy, though a few note construction periods, occasional pool cleanliness issues, and an icy drainage problem affecting accessible spaces. The property was clean, well stocked, and smelled so good when we walked in! The pool and gym were great - definitely a 10 out 10 for us! I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Lincoln, NE.

We stay at this hotel every time we are in Lincoln when we visit family. Staff are friendly and excellent while staying there during holidays. We love their small but warm pool! Our kids want to come over to swim so they can enjoy the pool. Highly recommend this hotel!

This is our go to hotel when we visit Lincoln. The staff, facility, the WARM pool and everything is great. My only complaint was my mattress wasn’t as great this time. May be ready for a replacement. That won’t stop us though- we love this hotel and location!

A water pipe directs water right to the handicap parking. It is winter and this creates the most dangerous situation for anyone trying to get in or out of their car. Nothing but ice because of the water pipe flooding the parking spaces. Especially dangerous for those needing handicap spot.

For $168 a night, there was not anything special about it. The entry nad some kind of construction going on and the agent behind the desk had very little knowledge of anything , so he was not able to direct us in any direction. The room was quiet and comfortable. The remote had dead batteries and. breakfast was only available until 9:30 so we missed that. I worked for what we needed but probably would not choose again, due to there being much nicer hotels available for the same or better price.

A breaker went out in our room and lamps and outlets didn’t all work, pool was dirty at the bottom and had green on the side of the walls. Other than that staff was great and hotel room was clean and my family loved breakfast!

The complete hotel was going through construction. No one ever told us about we had to move around because our room air conditioner and heater wasn’t working Nora TV then when we moved room, the TV still didn’t work the pool was drained. We had two children so they had nothing to do we were going to swim in the pool at night, and in the morning Plus then they have no cartoons to watch on TV so we’re paying $170 to stay in an empty room. So we got in the car an hour after arriving and went all the way home four hours.

My son and husband wanted a snack around 10:30pm. They were picking something out by the front desk, the employee working the front desk saw them and immediately put out a sign that they were going in a break so they had to wait 10 or 15 minutes for the employee to return. Customer service could be better.

Reserved a King room but got a Queen room instead. When I asked the front desk person about it they refused to rectify the situation and blamed it on Expedia for overbooking rooms. The hotel was not at capacity…far from it. I asked for the manager and the desk clerk gave me a business card and said to call on Tuesday as the manager was away.
