Great property right beside the 101and walkable to most everything you need during your stay. Pleasant staff, good breakfast, clean pool and jacuzzi. The property feels modern and is clean. Despite the proximity to 101 it feels quiet and somehow “out of the way”. Keep up the amazing work!!!!

The room was small and outdated. The fridge in the room smelled horrible! We opened it for a few seconds and the entire room smelled. We had to leave our front door open to air out the room. There’s also no safe in the room. The “heated” pool was cold and the hot tub was closed because someone reported that it smelled like chemicals. The breakfast was mediocre…eggs, ham, waffles, bread, cereal, oatmeal. Would rather spend a little more next time and stay at a nicer hotel.

Everything was awesome, pool and gym and laundry all on property. Gym and Laundry are 24hr which im so grateful for. The elevator, something that normally doesnt bother me, terrified me with the way it would stick and lurch as it went up, going down was fine, up was terrifying.

Spent time in dreamland thanks to the comfortable beds, clean hotel room, and attentive and caring staff. The pool and jacuzzi are clean. I was able to do my laundry in the new, clean washers and dryers.

The hotel and room was not very kept. The attention to detail in cleanliness is lacking. The ice machine in the hallway is disgusting.The staff seem cool but not very accommodating except the for the breakfast host she was amazing. There are charges for early check in and late check out even when the room is ready.

The hotel is excellent, the breakfast had lots of options, the building is modern, the gym is nicely equipped. The only issue I have with the hotel is the room noise. The builders may do this to save money but I could hear the tv, people talking and on one morning the alarm clock from the room beside us. I don't know why they do not sound proof the rooms using today's inexpensive materials. It did not bother us too much as people knew to be quiet by 11 pm but this may be a concern for those with babies/newborns. This is not the fault of any of the staff, just disappointing from corporate. People go to hotels to rest and the best rest is had in a quiet room. Having said that, we would book again on future visits.

I recently stayed at this hotel and woke up the next morning with several itchy bumps and welts on my body, which made me worried about possible bedbugs. My boyfriend immediately contacted the hotel, and they asked me to send photos, which I did right away. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up or confirmation from management after that. Because I was so scared of bringing anything home, I ended up throwing away my weekend bag, clothes, and shoes. It’s been an incredibly stressful week not knowing for sure whether I brought anything back with me something no guest should have to worry about after a hotel stay. Whether the issue was confirmed or not, it would have meant a lot to at least receive some acknowledgment or reassurance. A little communication and compassion go a long way when guests are dealing with such an upsetting situation. I used to stay here often but won’t return.

DON’T STAY HERE!! Arrived at 2pm to see if a room was ready but was rudely sent away and was told to come back at 3. Arrived at 3:45 after a soccer game, and was then told no room was available. Took an additional 30 minutes to miraculously find my room. Minimal staff resulted in a very slow wait as well. The lady working front desk was also working the lobby and pool area. All by herself. La Quinta needs to hire more front desk staff. Horrible experience. Never again!!!

The staff who checked us in and out were incredibly sweet and kind, very welcoming. The room was mostly very clean and smelled fresh, with plenty of towels in the bathroom and Dove shower products, which was a nice touch. The only downside was a bit of gunk stuck on the door, tried cleaning it but it was really stuck on, but all other surfaces were spotless. Coffee in the lobby was old and lukewarm. The included hot breakfast was not available as the front desk clerk told me that staff did not show up to prepare breakfast. No note was on the dining area doors. I only found this out after waiting for the front desk to clerk to appear. My wife and I had to go elsewhere for breakfast which made us late for our grandson’s baseball game.
