Also rooms on one side of the building face an Amazon facility which is quite noisy during the night. If a room change had not been doable it would have been a deal breaker!

Nice property, clean, spacious room. Business center printer not working for 4 days. Laundry room app did not work either.

Staff, amenities, and cleanliness were great, as always. This has always been a very pleasant place to stay for me. However, I am saddened by the owner's decision to use an expensive app to charge for parking. That's going to make me think twice about staying at what had been one of my favorite places in the area. Using an app like that to charge for parking in a place like Long Island, where there is plenty of parking available makes the first thing one does checking into a hotel unpleasant and just makes the owner look greedy or desperate for cash. Either way, if the owner needs the extra money that much, it should be built into the price of the room. Inconveniencing and irritating your clientele like this is not the way to go.

Good enough. My kids loved the room but the pool was closed.

Everything was fine. The rooms were up to date, very clean, and were designed almost perfectly. 12.00 for parking overnight parking tax is very petty.

Friendly staff, easy check in. I enjoyed the breakfast each morning and even got a chance to hang out in the indoor pool. The property was quiet and easy to park. The rooms were a nice size and clean. I would stay here again

PROS: This hotel is a great option if you're looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of Nassau County. The location is excellent, with plenty of parking and reasonable pricing. The breakfast was good, everything was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. CONS: Although the hotel is relatively new, it already shows signs of poor maintenance. Several small but noticeable items in our room were broken. One of the elevators was out of service for our entire week-long stay, causing bottlenecks during busy times, and there was no visible effort to fix it. The laundry room was also out of order the whole week, with no signage indicating this, and the door remained open as if it were fully operational. We were told we could use the laundry facility at the neighboring hotel across the parking lot, which was a significant inconvenience.

The hotel was very loud at nighttime and did not enforce quiet hours. Additionally there were several small ants in our hotel room. We did not carry in food with us, which makes me believe the problem was there before our stay. Will not be staying at this location again in the future.

Leaking ceiling in the bathroom. Disgusting and nasty.

This hotel was extremely clean. It smelled clean but not like bleach or anything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was always greeted with a smile and a good morning, good day or good evening. Walking into the hotel at night I was always greeted with I hope you had a good day. It was convenient to the highways and lots of shopping. I would definitely stay there again. z

This was advertised as a suite. Its a hotel room divided with a desk with sliding glass panels. Cube fridge, mini microwave and no true door on bathroom just a sliding barn door. No privacy.

It can be noisy outside at late night or early morning which might disrupt your sleep at night, especially if the room is at downstairs.

It’s fine. The typical soulless chain hotel. Large room with lots of counter space which was nice. Great spacious bathroom. Not so nice was the elephant that was apparently staying in the room above me, stomping around until midnight or so and the blinking light from the smoke alarm all night long.😂😩

Staff were all nice. Really liked having small bar at the hotel. Only reason to not give all 5 stars is that walls are so thin that conversations are easily heard (on floor above and beside our rooms and walking in the hallway).

Walls are paper thing guest complained we where 2 loud at 730pm

Great neighborhood and upscale suite however bed WAY too firm for both myself and my husband!

This is a very nice hotel & the staff is very friendly & always helpful. The rooms are quiet & have a modern appearance. My issues are that the King Suite is small & the layout & amenities in the room were not well thought out. The kitchen area is super small & consisted of a college size mini-fridge, a Keurig coffee maker & a small microwave. There's no sink in the kitchen area, necessitating washing kitchen items in the bathroom sink. Also the room divider at the desk makes the bed area and couch area feel small. The couch area is much too small to be called a living room, its just a small area where the couch is. You cant see the rest of the room from the couch because of the room divider. The room divider makes sitting at the desk feel as if you're sitting in a small office cubicle. The bathroom is basically a narrow hallway with a toilet at one end, a sink in the middle & a shower at the other end. It IS a clean, modern looking room for one person. It would have felt crowded if I had traveled with my wife. I've been told the rooms with 2 queen beds are notably larger. Also, try to avoid the east-facing rooms (the rooms facing the hotel across the parking lot). I traveled late May into early June when sunrise was very early. The room became very bright by 5:45am even with the blackout shade pulled closed. I found it impossible to sleep later than that because the room was just too lit up to do so. The attached photo was taken at 5:45am.

We were in town for a college visit. My only complaint is the bathroom doors (king suite with sofa bed). They are frosted glass, sliding doors directly across from the bed. There is no way to go in there without the bathroom light shining directly on the bed. The door doesn't lock either. This is important to know if you're traveling with kids. Otherwise, the hotel was nice, a little dated. The room was clean. Breakfast was good, nothing surprising.

Great quality and service

The room was comfortable however there was no service. We didn’t get a change of towels. I had to go down and pick them up from the desk. There was a single serve Keurig but only 2 pods and no creamer. We were attending a funeral and were hardly there and could have used a cup of coffee when we got back in the evening.

Staff was very attentive and helpful.

The staff in the morning were very rude. I wouldnt come back because they were so rude to us and also because the shower had no hot water and the room no matter how cold we made it was still very warm we said something and again were treated poorly.

Got to the hotel very late and the front desk attendants were super helpful to get us into our room quickly and give us a late check out. Really appreciated the customer service!

The property was clean as such but that is expected for the demanded price. The worst thing is that - No one was available at front desk to receive us. We had to wait for around 20 min before the lady showed up. This was at 7pm. Only 3 towels for 4 guests. No housekeeping done to take the trash and exchange even after requesting.

The front desk staff were unhelpful and rude. Couldn’t get hold of any manager throughout the stay, as we needed help modifying a reservation. Terrible management.

Very nice hotel with wonderful staff. Excellent front desk staff as well as Jessica the manager on duty. We had a problem with the AC in our room. They were sold out so we couldn’t move rooms but they did everything they could to fix it including delivering a tower fan. Moved us into a new room second day asap! AC worked perfectly!!! The Breakfast is awesome!! The bagels were amazing!!! A true NY bagel!!!! The ladies that worked the breakfast bar were fantastic!! They kept the area stocked and clean all while graciously greeting all guests!!! Would definitely recommend!!!!

Room, gym, building and etc, Everything are clean and work well. House keeping people work nice. However, all most all the front desk persons are terribly rude and not kind to customers.

Conveniently located near Barnes and Noble, Stop and Shop, Roosevelt Field Mall, CityMD, and shops on Old Country Road and Glen Cove Road. Front desk staff is very nice and rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is tasty, but you might want to bring a couple of dollars, as there is a tip jar. There are TVs, tables, and a small bar in the lobby if you want to watch sports. There are a couple of outdoor tables near the bar where you could take your breakfast or a drink if you wanted to sit outside. There is a small 24-hour laundry room on the 2nd floor. Front desk can get you quarters and laundry soap. I feel like I am allergic to their pillows, though. Maybe they are feather pillows?

A flight cancellation required us to get a hotel for a few days. The hotel was in a quiet location near a few walkable restaurants

Location is very center and near everything you would like.

Hotel is in a really good area to travel around. It’s right near the Long Island Expressway and Northern State Pkway and Meadowbrook Parkway and the Long Island Railroad. Safe area. Good breakfasts, gym is not bad and Planet Fitness is REAL close. Shopping is great at Roosevelt Field and more. Diners are open if you want to eat late on Old Country Road

Nice newer hotel, very conveniently located in Carle Place. Comfy bed. Solid breakfast. Plenty of parking. Nice people working there. Stress free stay.

Property was ok. I didn't like that the hotel took a $250 hold on my credit card up front. Also when i went for breakfast - which ended at 10, I tried getting some juice while the attendant stoody by chatting. the pump didn't work because they turned it off exactly at 10 and it was about 2 minutes after 10. Even thought the attendant was standing there, she made no effort to help or make any exception. Instead, she was quick to point out that breakfast ended at 10, with no remorse or apology. WHile i understand rules, I also understand customer service and how important it is to convey to the customer that they are valued. I did not feel valued. Rather, I felt like an inconvenience. Additionally, the water for the bathroom shower took a really long time to heat up, so much so that I thought the hot water didn't work.

Hockey puck Waffles hard and cold, last time I was there I was able to make my own and so much better, bring back the waffle station.

Great modern and cozy hotel with spacious rooms, kitchenette and large bathroom. Top place for a business overnight (there is an amazing working place in the room) or holiday with a family. Fitness room and pool quite small but serve the purpose. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good beds, A/C, rooms nicely furnished. Only breakfast a bit disappointing, cause primo - it gets overcrowded, so there is not enough place for all the guests and secundo - plastic cutlery and paper plates rather dissappinting for such an establishment.
