Found out our room had no hot water and air conditioner was not working (77 degrees in room) . I called the front desk and the staff replied “yes we have had numerous complaints about that room”. I informed them we would not be staying the second night and were told we could not cancel because we already started the reservation. Management was not helpful. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time staying here!

The place looks nice and is clean but the amenities really are terrible. The TVs are so old you can’t even properly hook an HMDI cable and have control cause the volume comes on full blast and the remote doesn’t work so it was not possible to play video games. Also the ac was really hard to work.

Hotel looked to be recently updated. Lobby was very nice & our room was clean. Our room kind of stayed hot & the unit kicked on & off all night & made a loud clicking noise whole time. Horrible experience; coffee shop and breakfast area never opened on time. I stood and watched the staff make their personal coffees while me and another customer watched them. When asked when they would open, they stated they were open, but it would be 20 minutes later before they could make anything! Why? Because they were making their coffee and breakfast. Horrible customer service. Could only stay one night out of two due to the AC being broken and they had no rooms to move us. We were told we would not be charged for both nights and we were. Excellent location near multiple shopping centers and a Korean super shopping center with dozens of restaurants, stores, cafes, dessert places, bakeries, and a Hmart. Short drive to DFW airport and easy access to major highways to downtown Dallas. Clean room with comfortable beds, good water pressure, room has fridge and microwave, good lighting, and room was clean. We will definitely stay here again.

New and modern. Great bathroom. Had a microwave oven and a mini fridge in the room. Very convenient to heating food for breakfast if you do not care to go to their cafe for breakfast. Very near to an Asian complex that had a 99 Ranch market, 85 degrees bake shop and a variety of Asian restaurants. If we happen to be in Carrollton, Tx again, we will stay here.

The hotel was very nice, appears to be new. The rooms were great and beds very comfortable. The only downside was what they called a "Restaurant". I was more like a "drive-thru" and they had a very limited snack area. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice facility. Safe, clean and convenient. Overpriced in my opinion. Only two disposable coffee cups. Four coffees but only two cream and sugar pkgs. No free coffee and only Starbucks for morning coffee and breakfast is overpriced--not good as I do not like Starbucks. I would not have booked here had I known this, but otherwise a very nice facility.
