All of the staff was so friendly at check-in and throughout our whole stay. The room was clean and fully stocked. The pool area and gym were clean and smelled good (they don’t always!). Breakfast was good. Overall, I was very pleased and would stay here again if in the area.

Check in was long. Coffee machine in morning for breakfast was broken so they had a one cup at a time with very bad coffee and on each table actually had a QR code to go buy coffee from the shop across the parking lot. Ice machine on 3 floor was broken. One I needed front desk for water as the fitness room didn’t have any and had a sign to go to front desk. But the woman working was on phone in office and ignored me. I finally walked down to the kitchen area and the girl there went and got me the water. Very poor on front desk. The young man when we checked out was very nice and helpful.

Was there recently for a fishing tournament. Hotel staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast had something for everyone. Ample parking with plugs on every light pole to plug your boat into.

maintenance was sub par. Expired elevator inspection by 7 months, worn fixtures/or broken, delayed checkin although it was 5 pm, keys did not work because of lock malfunctions also reported by other guests, ice machine not working on 3rd floor, difficulty making TV work with no instructions and two remotes (finally got it). Kudos to the overwhelmed staff that night for their efforts to make things right. Nevertheless realy thought I deserved a comp.

Check in went well, hotel and rooms were clean minus the Asain lady Beatles we found around the room. But its that time of the year, they are everywhere. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay had several things to chose from. We would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Check in was fast and friendly. Coffee in the lobby was cold although I was told it was fresh. The room was not too old looking. Everything was in working order but it wasn't super clean. The bed looked like it had been made by a 10 year old. I was concerned that the sheets were even clean. There was some odd greasy residue on the lamp base which was gross. Breakfast was good.

Room was nice and comfortable, beds a little stiff but comfy, typical pillows small and go flat quickly, bedding clean and no smells, shower good and clean, guy working night shift nice and helpful. I didnt like that they charge my card 2xs once prior to getting there and once again at the property. Staff at front desk says it will drop off in 10 days.

Definitely not the place to stay if you like to sleep at night. We had two rooms for a Monday and Tuesday night which typically are business people. Every night around 10 pm, we would hear people up and down the hallways, groups gathering outside to smoke talking loudly, and doors opening & closing every few minutes. Both nights the noise levels went on from 10 pm to around 3 am which was not conducive to any sleeping 😴!

Clean and new hotel. Lobby & rooms all fine. Comfortable beds. Water pressure for showers could be improved. What gave this hotel an A was the great British accent young lady working the front desk. She was outstanding and personable in checking us in and making us feel welcome.

Check-in was great. Nicole was very nice and informative. Our room was well kept. When we walked in there was a sour smell like wet laundry. It wasn’t awful but realized it was some of the pillowcases on the bed. Found 2 of the 4 pillows that didn’t have the smell. Other than that the room was great. Quiet AC and fridge. Would stay again if we were back this way.

Wifi would not stay connected very disappointing contacted desk twice they gave us 800 number did nothing. Also the breakfast was the same 3 days in a row. The coffee machine in breakfast area was out of order from Monday till Fri when we checked out. They had a single serve small unit in there to take its place. A total joke for a hotel chain. Would not stay again due to these items and lack of management to rectify.

Comfortable BEDS, very clean and affordable. I would recommend it to everyone. Breakfast had a lot of options, serve youself and freshly made. Available early 6:30 am. Make you own waffles!! The only improvement that i would have enjoyed would have been more fresh fruit..
