What guests think

At West Park Inn, travelers frequently praise friendly staff, easy check-in, and generally clean, comfortable rooms, while also noting the property's older, motel-style feel and ongoing renovations that can affect lobby appearance, check-in, and overall ambiance.

The attached bar and restaurant receive good feedback for food and drinks, though hours can be limited, breakfast isn't reliable, and service can be slow at times. Noise from thin walls, road traffic, or equipment is reported, along with occasional small bathrooms or low water pressure. The location is convenient for downtown and nearby stops, and a few guests felt the price was high for what's offered. Overall, expect a straightforward stay with practical comforts and some compromises.

This was a lovely gem that I discovered and was a welcome stop after a long day of driving. The staff was so accommodating, and attached was a wonderful restaurant and bar that was obviously a local favorite. Food and service excellent. Food was excellent.

The bar was nice but blindingly lit. The restaurant was bar food. The room was huge but they put the coffeepot up for somebody 6'5" to reach. Room door opened to the outside and the hallway. They made up the room. They took all the towels even though I hung them up. This was extremely expensive for what I received, poor value.

We were in the area on business and needed a place for just one night on a weekend. We booked early, knowing that rooms are snapped up for the summer months. Our room was ready when we arrived just after the 3pm check-in. Located in the 2nd building where the lobby needs some TLC; it's needs some brightening up and a good scrub down! Our room was spacious enough and clean and comfortable. The shower was easy to use, and the bath towels were large, soft, and absorbent. Shampoo and body wash provided; no conditioner.

Stayed here for a weekend get together with longtime friends because we all turn 70 this year and we have been friends from high-school, now about 55 years. Place was okay but very dated and hotel restaurant was closed Saturday and Sunday!! A bit disappointed but so good to see everyone involved in party. Thanks for a place to stay

Motel had construction going on, check-in was difficult. I would suggest not renting Rm 23 when it's raining as sump pump was located right under/next to room and ran loud & constantly all night long! Might want to consider upgrading pillows, not very comfortable. Room and bathroom were very clean.

Different wall color, cover the cords a little better, so it’s not all hanging out. The king size bed was actually comfortable. The bar area was very well updated, we had to wait for someone to ask if our food was good and waited too long for our bill, they were both on their cell phones the entire time. Other than that, we would stay again.

Check in went very good. We were there for a wedding and were placed on the first floor which was fine although we were hoping to be all in the same adjoining rooms. The room was clean for the most part. However, the bathtub did not look suitable to take a shower and caulking needs to be done around the water spouts. The toilet was very low and the counter in the bathroom was very low also. It was not the worst, but not the best. I would rate it fair and for one nite was acceptable.

The people there were awesome!! Very nice Man and Woman checked me in! However I should have came to the desk. We had three people trying to get ready for a wedding. Imagine our surprise when there wasn't enough water pressure to take a shower! Probably My fault for being to afraid of getting angry.
