It was a really nice stay! Staff were super nice! Just the hallways and elevators were hot! All the ice machines were empty on the 2nd night. And a few of the previous guests items were left behind (crayon and family picture) but it was super clean where it mattered! Bathroom was clean!

This was the worst hotel visit I have ever had. From the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out. Front desk lady was rude, unprofessional and kept talking over me. I let her know I had reservations for myself and couple soccer girls there for a tournament. She states reservation was canceled even though I was failed to be informed at all. I had to settle for a room I did not want and was charged more than the price she told me. Bedsheets were not clean. I needed to wash soccer jerseys, there was only one washing machine that only took quarters and when I asked for change they told me to walk next door to a small bar for change. This was a huge disappointment

I liked the convenience of the location. There were lots of restaurants and shopping centers very close to the hotel. The pool was clean and very comfortable. The rooms were also comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was average, but okay for the price. This was the first time i was pre-charged without my consent which i have never experienced. They basically take the money before you even arrive to check in. Usually, you check in by verifying your identity and they charge a deposit for incidentals. Overall, i would recommend if u are in the area.

Check in was terrible, room was great but facility has only one washing machine and it only accepts quarters and the facility had no change for guest. Had to walk over next door around 11pm to a bar to get change since we needed to wash uniforms for the next morning. Breakfast was great.

Nice, clean, great breakfast. Bed was a little hard for my taste but i like to sleep on a cloud...lol. Room was big, plenty of room. Pool was nice and clean. It is 3, 4, and 5ft deep so perfect for the kids. Overall everything was great!

The Airconditioning in the lobby, the Cafeteria, and the hallways were not working for the 4 days i stayed there. Front desk said A/C people weren't coming until Monday or Tuesday

I don’t know how people have this location a 9. I checked in and was so disappointed. I have stayed with the Holiday in Express in the past. The hotel was always well kept and updated. This property was DIRTY. The couch in my room was stained and I wouldn’t dare sit on it. Also foot prints on the wall. Had me questioning if I would leave with bugs. Asked to switch rooms and they couldn’t accommodate me. Just DON’T

The guests above must have had a child because there was constant running, falling, banging. I asked to be moved and literally the same issue in addition to the AC not working properly. It wouldn’t turn on when prompted but when it did it was extremely loud.

The front of the hotel faced a busy road. Odd numbered rooms faced that road and traffic noise was evident. The window shade was white and didn’t offer a dark room with street and parking lot lights keeping the room illuminated the entire night. No curtains. The staff was great and the breakfast was plentiful. The bed was comfy.

The room at checking had a broken sofa bed . The staff was able to accommodate us to another room quickly . The hotel was nice and quiet . The receptionist was welcoming and greeted us nicely . We can tell the walls had some patch work, but worked well for one night stay.

We reserved a room for 6. Sofa bed was barely big enough for one person and old sheets were still on the the bed plumbing in restroom wasn’t working and only one person in our party was able to shower because tub filled up to the top with water and didn’t drain for the rest of us to shower. It was disgusting. Same with sink when brushing our teeth.

Our stay here was not the most enjoyable. I received a phone call from the property while I was on my plane getting ready to take off stating “your credit card has declined and if we don’t get a new card number we will be canceling you reservation.” I am 30 seconds away from taking off and they insisted on a new card number and said they couldn’t hold the reservation. Arrived at the property to check in, gave them a new card, went to the room and immediately received a phone call that the card declined and I needed to come back down. Even though my bank showed them charging my card. As I was standing in line at the front desk someone else was there who’s card had “declined”. One of the front desk ladies was also on the phone with someone else saying their card had declined. What are the chances!? It sounded like there were several big events in town and they were declining previously made reservations in order to charge more for people arriving to the hotel. That’s my guess. Our room was very loud. Our room faced the Highway and it was very loud all night. There was also a door in our room that lead to the room next door. The people in that room were incredibly loud at all hours of the night and early in the morning. It was like they were standing in our room having a conversation. All of the doors to the rooms close very, very loudly and people (housekeeping) included did not even try to close doors gently. Housekeeping also knocked on our door at 8am requesting to clean.

I booked through Expedia. The room they gave me was close to rode side, so it is too much noice. Unable to sleep. It is between Texas 45 and I 35. Asked to give another room. The front desk told me they cannot do it because I booked by third party. After checked in try to get some coffee, the coffee is cold. Ask the front desk she told me sorry, nothing can make right now. We will make it tomorrow. Request for 1 hour extension to check out, due to my business meeting, she said no there is no extension. I need to check out 11.00. I am holiday inn priority member. I am member more than 20 years. Never happen like this before.

My wife’s ring was stolen from the hotel room. This incident was reported on time to the hotel’s manager, but he said he couldn’t do anything. I am really disappointed with this because the ring was left on a table and the cleaning staff knocked on the door to clean the room. We left the room for about twenty minutes and when we came back the ring was not there.

The. Front Desk Attendant Stated that I was at the wrong location because there weren't a pet friendly hotel and gave very poor directions to another location that stated I had no reservation there. The 3rd location was too far to drive after getting lost on the GPS. So I called to cancel because I was unsafe and feeling ill from the stressful situation and upon asking for a cancelation of the room and refund that were taken out of my bank between 11am & 12 noon CST and I had not checked in at check-in time as yet. And I feel as though it was a plan to trap me to go to 2 other Holiday Inn Express Hotel because the original reservation had discovered that I had my service pet and now the booking for another Holiday Inn Express was going to be eligible for meeting my needs to stay the 4 days that I booked. So, it scammed and too far to drive north or south Austin with me having a permanent disability and I explained to the manager that told the representative to tell. me that they can cancel if I would approve a 1 night stay. When their weren't going to be a night stay and my service pet and I had to sleep in the cab of the uhaul truck that I had rented for 23 hours and reurn it by 11:20 am on the 15th in Georgetown TX. Therefore because of the travel and mileage on to this uhaul.com rental I drove back to Georgetown and slept until the next day thinking about how I was scammed and scared of sleeping on the streets and refused to get my funds return to my bank because racism..

It was a comfortable stay. Conveniently located but the area seems sketchy. We arrived around midnight and there was nobody at the desk. We had to wait around for a while before we were able to check-in, which was frustrating because we called ahead. The hotel itself is clean and breakfast was good. It's just off the freeway with plenty of restaurants and businesses nearby.

The bath tub needs some TLC. The conditioner should be changed… it was chunky. I went to use the lotion on the wall and it almost came off the wall. Leave extra time to leave hotel, at busy times it is hard to pull out onto main road. Staff member in the evening was super helpful. Food was good.

Nice refreshed property. Shockingly quiet rooms! I’ve stayed in hotels from zero to 5 stars around the world, this one was as quiet as I’ve ever been in. I even mentioned it to another guest and they concurred. It was right off 2 freeways and yet we heard zero traffic, nothing from the hallways and super minor foot falls from above. Very clean. Extensive breakfast. Great dark blinds. Would not hesitate to recommend. Super easy getting on and off highways and ample food options within walking or few minutes drive.

Staff was great at check-in and at breakfast. Room excellent. I had a real problem finding the right HIE among the 3 in the same area of Austin plus the location on WLHB was easy to miss among the frontage roads and one ways. I circled the block a couple of times.
