The bottom and sides of the bathtub were very slippery. The snow was not well cleared from the parking lot so in the morning when I left I had to maneuver an icy frozen surface.

This hotel met all of our needs. Parking was available on-site. Rooms were cleaned daily and staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel does not have a restaurant on-site, but the daily breakfast that was included in the cost of the room was good, and we enjoyed the restaurants in Verona and Middleton. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean. The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. The breakfast had slot of items. My only complaint is we didn’t know you could park in the parking garage. There was no parking and I went to the front desk, the girl told me I could use the parking garage for free.

Nice hotel with a very small pool. Heated underground parking was nice and the breakfast was good. My main complaints include the shower knob being broke and very difficult to get the shower going and the outlets in the room were not useable. We had to unplug the lamps in the room to utilize the wall outlets. The hotel seems to be declining as we have stayed there in the past. It’s still an overall good hotel but is in need of some electrical upgrades.
