This hotel and rooms was the cleanest! We had a kitchenette that was fully furnished with anything you needed. The bed was super comfortable with down feather pillows as a plus! Our balcony was the River view side and right across the street is Tin City, everything is walking distance. The Breakfast Buffet every morning was amazing!! The pool was amazing and perfect for small children. It has a Beach Entry that gradually gets deeper, just like walking into the ocean!! You also have access to a restaurant and bar poolside! We would absolutely stay here again! The only surprise was you have to pay $27 a day for the attachment parking garage. The hotel itself is only 3 stories so it's not so crowded with people. We LOVED this place!!!!

Great location to downtown Napes. Modern facility, easy parking. Modern and comfortable Rooms. Very nice Pool deck w/ outdoor bar. Breakfast is included, and was very good. Overall good value, i'd stay here again.

Excellent location great pool great fishing they also offer charters. Food and drinks were amazing. Apartment has one bedroom with 2 queen beds also a sofa bed and full kitchen. Hot breakfast was a 10/10 !!!

I have high expectations for places we stay, and the Hyatt exceeded those. It had a fun atmosphere with music outside; the pool was nice and large, the small docks were perfect for my family of fisherman to use. Plenty of food and shopping very close. Very clean, well kept property. Options to rent a boat. Excellent breakfast included. Safe, convenient enclosed parking (for a fee!). Overall, we were super pleased and would love to go back anytime.

Hyatt House was gorgeous! We had a river view room which was so beautiful and bright. The best perk was the parking garage access was straight to the floor we were staying on. Very convenient and comfortable. Will stay again!

The property is just OK, our room had a faulty AC that kept shutting off in the middle of the night, paper plates under the sofa from a previous stay and obvious signs that the carpet hadn't fully been cleaned, along with some of the "clean" silverware in the drawer. All service checks are tagged with 20% and there was floss threaders from other guests in and around the pool. There are some positives, Brian the pool/dining attendant works EXTREMELY hard- he was basically ALWAYS working. The breakfast staff, worked extra hard with their service and replenishing when items finished. (And the hotel has plenty of covered parking) ....for $27 a night

Don’t let the pictures or the franchise name fool you. Our first room, the bathroom was covered in mold. Then they couldn’t accommodate for a few hours for another room. We got the 2nd room and there was rust inside the shower and stains on the comforter. The only nice thing I would say is the pool area is beautiful until you have the hear the noise of the planes flying directly over your head.

This property was well appointed and in a great location, very easy to get to. The amenities were great and having the reataurant on site was very convenient. The walls in the unit we were in were SUPER thin and we could hear our neighbors' conversations at all hours of the day. Otherwise, our room was great. Very comfortable bed and nice relaxing decor.

Our stay at the Hyatt in Naples was wonderful. The hotel was very clean and the staff was consistently friendly and attentive. The rooms may be a bit dated, but they were spotless and well-maintained. The highlight? I highly recommend booking a room with a bay view balcony — absolutely stunning and peaceful. The pool area was fantastic! Located right by the bay, there’s always a refreshing breeze. I loved the design — instead of stairs, it has a gentle ramp, which makes it easy and safe for kids to play or even for sunbathing right in the water. There were always fresh towels available, and plenty of tables with umbrellas. We received excellent service throughout our stay, with staff frequently checking in to make sure we were comfortable. I traveled with my 80-year-old mom, and we had a great time playing board games by the water — such a perfect, relaxing spot. The small on-site restaurant was great too — we enjoyed both the burger and the chicken sandwich. Breakfast was simple but good — classic American-style. The location is excellent. Tin City is just outside, and you can walk to Downtown Naples easily. Would definitely return!

Location was great. Breakfast was great. View was great over the water. Had a really nice pool. And docks to fish off of. Only two two negatives. You can hear in road noise very easily and the bed and and pillows were awful so we didn't sleep very well.

I have stayed at this hotel before the reason I decided to book again. However, this time it was totally different. My room was nice but it was not stocked. A fantastic location, pool was brilliant and always space. An overall decent hotel that was let down by a few points unfortunately. Arriving on our first day of a nine night stay, we were really looking forward to be at the hotel. By the next day we were considering an early check-out and moving elsewhere. But it got better enough that we stayed. For average £158/night it wasn’t cheap but it wasn’t a high end price either and worked well for us, which is why we booked it. With a few exceptions, the staff were utterly miserable. We saw staff being told off by managers more than once in public and the impression I had was that it wasn’t a particularly happy place to work. I ordered a glass of wine in the bar, and it was poured in a plastic cup. I asked for a wine glass and was told unless my wife sat at the bar she would not get a glass (she was on a sofa near the bar). I said she would come over, and it was then poured in a glass tumbler. The service was sharp and borderline rude and at $9 plus 20% service plus tip it wasn’t impressive. The room was not made up on at least three, maybe 4 of our nights stays; we managed with this but then ran out of towels, toilet paper on night 6 of 9. They replaced by leaving it in a plastic bag outside our door. For £156 a night this was abysmal. A lovely location, nice rooms but let down by poor service unfortunately, we wouldn’t go back.

the entire stay was a great experience, there is one thing that we quickly did not like , the pricing at the hotel bar was excessive my wife and I ordered 1 glass of white wine and a draft beer, the total cost came out to $28.00 , we previously stayed at Hilton Philadelphia recently the cost was half of that. So inevitably we did not use their bar or restuarant , their were local bars and restuarants with reasonable prices and good food . This is important to know, we would have prefered to dine and have a drink their, also important to note .The bar was seldom occupied by any guests except for weekend group get togethers. If the Hyatt reduced their costs to reasonable pricing the long term results would be incredible, not to mention that we would be more likely to return their. thank you for the oppurtunity to respond Scott Petryshak 814-322-8472

Excellent value, especially for Naples. We came here for a two nights stay for my birthday and were pleased with staff and the value, for such a great location at such a quality hotel. We arrived late and went looking for food elsewhere only to find out most places were closed at 9 PM. We were thrilled to find the hotel's restaurant & bar were still open. The food was so amazing, we ate all but one meal there. The bartender was very friendly as was the front desk staff. The view from our room, which was on the water, was spectacular and the pool was pure perfection. It made for a very nice short getaway. One note of caution; There is an airport nearby and the planes descend, at a very low altitude, while coming in for a landing, directly over the pool area multiple times per day. Although they are mostly smaller planes and small jets, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone suffering from PTSD because you hear the planes coming before you see them and they sound a bit like a missile. Children however would love it!

There us no wafflemaker so its eggs daily. We went out to breakfast after 2 days. There are no shops around at all. Latitde 26, the restaurant/bar is rather expensive and they put 20% on every check

It was good for the price, location was in walking distance. Free breakfast was a plus but even though it was free it wasn’t great. It was cereal, Luke warm milk sitting out. Lunch meat ham and yogurts. The fruit was beat up and not good. It was also a mad house. No direction and 3 different lines and 2 men arguing if one took their toast….We ended up spending the money to eat out.

The hotel seems newly remodeled; it is very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast is included, and to my surprise, it was much better than expected. The pool is nice and big and just to the side there is a boardwalk hovering the bay. The room was spacious and clean, though a bit lacking in decor. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay. Tip: head to breakfast early, the lines can reach pretty far if you wait too long.
