What guests think

Reviews of Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Yankton highlight a very clean, modern property with friendly, attentive staff, comfortable rooms, and a convenient location, making it a reliable choice for travelers visiting Yankton or passing through.

Many appreciate the well-equipped gym, a small but tidy pool, and ample parking. Breakfast and its attentive attendant receive strong praise, though a few guests found the selection lacking or wanted more creamer options. Some report noise from nearby traffic or HVAC, plus bathtub safety or water-pressure issues, and the surrounding plaza can feel under construction or worn. Best hotel in Yankton. New, clean, quiet, great bed and bathroom. Great breakfast sandwich, eggs, and sausage. Small but super clean pool. Got in some morning mini laps. Very affordable restaurant just across the parking lot. Shopping center near by is under construction so hope they have some great stores coming. We plan to stay there again. Wonderful experience!

The facility was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great breakfast selections. Easy location with ample parking. Unfortunately, the south side rooms were adjacent to a busy street which led to very noticeable traffic noise...ask for a room on the north side. There was no light above or near the work desk which made it difficult to see. The soft water and soap make the tub bottom extremely slippery. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

The bathtub is a accident waiting to happen. The grab bar is good for getting in and out but there is no grab bar along the wall, the slip strips on the tub floor are not not safe you can slide sideways which I did and almost went down.

The hotel is nice and clean. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast; however, the gal working the dining area was phenomenal! She was better and more attentive than most waitresses working for a tip! I wish I caught her name, but WOW She was such a delight! The only reason I give 4 stars is because the pillows are very flat. I would absolutely stay here again though.
