Everything was good but the pool was cold. It was inside pool but the heater wasn’t working.

We were told we didn’t have reservations when we tried to check in and then told that our room was given to someone else. Eventually got another room after lots of back and forth. Pool and pool area were dirty and very low water pressure. Wont be back!!

I like that there was an infoor pool, the elevators were clean, and the room was clean and not humid. I do wish the indoor pool was heated and had proper lighting. The pool area was not very inviting, as whoever did the brick and tiling did not level the floor before laying it so the floor was sloped and uneven in several places. There were too many sun chairs for lying and not enough room to walk or sit comfortably as well.

Enjoyed the staff everyone was friendly and helpful. It was nice to see smiling faces! The parking was easy to access

The staff was nice but pool area very very dirty towels everywhere , cobwebs just looked like it’s hasn’t been maintained…dining restaurant was dirty:( trash everywhere on outside area but room was clean and we appreciate that just sad we couldn’t use other amenities

Booked room because there is an indoor pool. Water was too cold for grandkids to swim. Property notes an on-site restaurant , which is closed! Property has signs throughout the property promoting the restaurant - it’s closed!! We travel to the Fort Worth area several times a year and have removed this property as an option - not that the staff would care.

So, we picked this hotel over other similarly priced ones because it said breakfast was included. It is not. It’s $9.99 per person. The indoor pool was also freezing. I asked at the front desk and it sounds like they won’t be heating the pool anytime soon. Pretty disappointing. The room was fine, but I wanted the extra amenities.

The property was very clean and quiet.

The first room I was given had a broken thermostat. The second room had the most disgusting shower I have ever seen in a hotel. The floor of the shower was peeling, with chips of old paint making their way down the drain. According to the desk clerk, there was only one more room available to offer me, on the first floor, not acceptable. Very disappointing in a major hotel chain.

Nice clean hotel for quick overnight stay.

1. Shower floor was slippery and stained. Shower head was clogged and didn’t spray even. Not enough towels and nowhere to hang a hand towel. Needed another rug. 2. Sheets felt like there was sand in the bed and the material was hard to turn over in bed. Didn’t like comforter and it was old and frayed. 3. A ceiling fan would just start spinning slowly without even turning it on. 4. The black out curtains were not fastened in the last notch and there was a bright light shining in the window all night. 5. Pillows were the worst pillows i have ever tried to use. If you put your head on them it would not support your head. 6. No clock. 7. TV was hard to find channels! 8. We are elderly and had to walk all the way to the other end of the hall. 9. Bathroom door was stuck. Couldn’t close it. 10.Employees very unfriendly! 11. No breakfast included! 12. Will never stay at Trophy Club Holiday Inn again!

Overall it was lovely but the shower was a little gross

Night staff sleeping on couch at 2am. Sleeping at desk at 12am. No one ever at the front desk. Rooms gross. Paint peeling. Low water pressure and temp. Housekeeping does awful job. Overall 2/10

It was a very nice complex. My only concern was the room we were in, the bathroom had a dirty washcloth on the floor. The bathroom appeared to not be fully cleaned.

Generally speaking, the hotel is clean and well kept however in our room, the couch seat was stained The breakfast was not very good. The eggs were robbery. The French toast was tough. They seem to only have one person making the breakfast and doing housekeeping throughout the hotel.

This property was great! It was easy to access and park, checkin was quick and flawless, the property was clean and well maintained. I also really liked the room. It was spacious and well laid out, with plenty of room to sit and work. My only regret is that my schedule only allowed me to be there for a few hours to sleep and then I had to move on to my next event. This was a room I would have loved to set up in for a few days to work. I will be back for future works trips.

For the price, the hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was very nice. The only complaint I have is that the hotel placed loud, young children on the top floor. I asked for the situation to be addressed but got to hear it the second night/early morning (11 pm and 5-6 am) all over again.

3 Stars because of this: 1)Heated Pool was ice cold 2)Internet was in and out and when I said something they replied no one else has said anything 3)Ceiling fan which was good idea but this one was loud and noisy like it needed to greased 4)They didn't servuce the room and we where there for 2 nights. Had to get clean towels from front desk and if they aren't servicing rooms til you leave they need bigger trash cans in room. 5)Continental breakfast was $30 for 2 people. Was never given a voucher to the restaurant in Hotel so I paid. McDonalds breakfast we had next day was better and cheaper. I have stayed and much worst but Holiday Inn use to have so much class but they are more money less substance.

The air conditioning made quite a bit of noise and kept waking me up

Barn doors for the bathroom that don't even close all the way and have no lock should be illegal in hotels or required to warn you in the first line of the description especially for double occupancy. If you don't want to smell, hear, or accidentally walk in on someone else doing their business, skip this place.

Was very pleased with this room and hotel. It was clean and quiet and the room was spacious.

The HVAC unit was not working, room was extremely hot. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was not working. The hotel was packed and they put us over the ballroom, where a reception played LOUD music until almost mid-night.

Only issue was the fire alarm going off at 1:48AM! No explanation why, but we had to evacuate for 30 minutes.

Outside looked amazing as did the lobby. Desk clerk wasn't over the top friendly but no complaints about her however the other girl didn't have time to look up from her phone 🙄 Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Didn't get the breakfast $13 is a bit much for a hotel breakfast so we went out. I'm guessing there were children above us due to the constant noise of jumping and yelling. Then at 4 am there was an alarm going off in the next room. Called the desk about children and alarm and nothing was done about it.

Stay here at least 3 days a month for work. Very convenient and staff is very friendly. Rooms are always clean

I waited at the front desk for a very long time before a person arrived to help me at check in and check out. The hotel is dirty and old and needs to be updated.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the Holiday Inn IHG in Trophy Club from February 14th through February 16th. The experience was far below the standards I expected from an IHG property. The primary issue was that the toilet in our room (217) never worked properly. I brought this to the attention of the front desk, expecting a prompt resolution. Instead of having the maintenance team address the problem, I was told there was no plunger available, and the front desk receptionist was sent to bring one up. This was highly unprofessional and inconvenient, as it’s reasonable to expect a functioning restroom in a hotel room. What was most disappointing, however, was the complete lack of empathy and accountability from the staff. The front desk employee mentioned that he would call the maintenance man, but this never happened. There was no apology, no offer to move us to a different room, and no effort to make the situation right. We felt ignored and dismissed rather than valued as guests. This level of service is unacceptable, and I believe a refund for my stay is more than warranted. I am requesting a full refund for my stay from February 14th through February 16th. Please contact me directly to discuss how this issue can be resolved promptly. I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and implements better training and support to ensure no other guests have to endure such poor treatment. I look forward to hearing from someone soon to address this matter

Check in person very friendly. Breakfast preparer super friendly. Hospitable and gave us convenient room.

The attitude of the guest services agent on the day of check-in was lack luster at best. Never have I ever experienced someone whose personality was not engaging or welcoming. It was advertised that I'd have access to premium channels and the TV wasn't functional. It was clear my check out date was on 11/29 at 11am and yet Housekeeping pounded on the day at 9am. I've never stayed at a hotel where housekeeping showed up to clean my room prior to my checkout time. The badge reader to my room was disabled prior to my checkout time. I left my room to get ice and came back only to discover I lost access to my room. Despite the entry room key being reprogrammed twice, I still could not gain access to retrieve my luggage. The matter had to be escalated to an onsite team to resolve. I asked for my final receipt to be emailed at the time of checkout, was given assurances it would be done and it wasn't sent. I had to call back to the hotel two days later to request it. Worst experiences ever! This was the first and the last time I will stay at a Holiday Inn

They over charged my credit card by over $200 and they can’t even get decent water pressure or hot water! Would not stay here again. Front desk at night was rude as well !

The room was fine. The front desk employees need training. I booked 2 rooms on the same transaction but for some reason they only could see one in their system. She did get me another room at the same rate. It was a 1 night stay. I get an alert from my bank and I have been charged 4 times for these 2 rooms. Went to the desk to speak to someone. Clerk kept saying no I only see one charge. No I'm having to dispute the extra charges for the room. Will not go back. My group had 7-9 rooms. We will not return

Very nice hotel located of the freeway. Quiet and clean with friendly staff. We were in town for a family member graduation. Will definetely stay again in the future.

This property was great! It was easy to access and park, checkin was quick and flawless, the property was clean and well maintained. I also really liked the room. Nice hotel. A little hard to get to-off the main roads.

Location and price with large events in town. Able to go to all the activities with out extra miles to get a great hotel rate.

Overall room iss spacious, clean and modern. Great for staying "close" to DFW. Having a restaurant on site is a great bonus!

Restaurant not operation, self service b’fast was modest at best! I recommend that the b’fast be offered complementary until a proper menu can be served.

Check on was easy. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The entire hotel was clean and neat. We did have a problem with our breakfast voucher. We added breakfast during our booking. It did not show up in the hotels system. They did accept once I showed the booking on my phone. We always enjoy breakfasts at our hotels but this hotel breakfast was not very good and not included with the room. The breakfast is served in the attached bar/grill and the seating is odd and the servers cleaning up is very loud and obtrusive. I’m not sure if the rooms are not as insulated as others but sounds from other rooms, hallways and above could be heard all hours. One of the cleaning staff had a loud conversation on her phone with the speaker on.

The restaurant on the property did not offer the food options I was looking for, so I decided to walk to the barbecue place on the service road for dinner. I notice that in stayed empty the hold time I was there.
