Loved this hotel, close to so many things. Even though it backs up to the freeway we couldn't hear any noise. We had a quiet night of rest. The beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean, the pool and hot tub were great, the breakfast was really good. Will definitely stay at this place again.

This was a 1 day stay as part of out trip to the National parks in SO. Utah The facility was clean comfortable and the staff was attentive and efficient. This facility had a full gym an indoor pool and a massive hot-tub The breakfast offered was devoid of eggs but that was no surprise, but they had a very good selection of quiche and soufflés to make up for it The property was clean and convenient for travelers We would stay there again if we plan another road trip in the area

We really love this hotel. However, this time they left me in a bind. We chose to pay when we arrived, but as i was coming out of a store while shopping, i received a low balance alert from my bank. They had ran my card before we got there and locked all of my spending money. I could understand if it was late in the evening, but it wasnt even 4:00pm. We had planned on using a different card when we got there. Long story short my shopping spree was over after our first store. And then to throw in another disappointment, the pool and hot tub was closed. Not cool when traveling with kids. BUT, on the upside, the beds are what keep us coming back. You can't find a double room with king sized beds very often. The beds are the best for exhausted travelers.

Shower took 10min to warm up hot water. Shower toggle wouldn't stay up - water kept flowing for bath even though I wanted water from the shower. Ran out of breakfast food 30min before the end of breakfast. Furniture in breakfast area is very worn. Multiple instances of side door being propped open even though it was supposed to be closed and locked (per the sign). Staff was friendly but condition of the facilities just wasn't great.

This hotel was 10 out of 10 for us. We were traveling 12+ hours with a 6 month old and absolutely exhausted by the time we made it to check in but the front desk girl was so kind, cheerful, and helpful. The hotel was incredibly clean and smelled fantastic, our room was spacious and clean as well. Breakfast was 5 stars for options, cleanliness, and staff attentiveness.

At check in, we were given the wrong breakfast times which was a bit frustrating as we were on a tight morning schedule. We also were not notified that daily housekeeping is not offered. After checking in, I let the front desk know that there were stickers on the walls and door in the room (it makes a guest feel like the room didnt get cleaned thoroughly) . She said she would leave a note, so we were surprised to come back the next day and find that the stickers were still there, and we didnt recieve any stayover service. Had the front desk been more thorough and accurate during the check in process, our expectations would have been adjusted and this wouldnt have been as much of an issue. Also, the room must be above some sort of mechanical area, as the floor vibrated loudly off and on during our stay. The shower head has lots of build up making the shower unenjoyable, and the tub faucet is about to fall out of the wall. The only staff member who actually put in an effort and showed any hospitality to us was the girl working on Saturday evening. She has long curly hair, but I didnt catch her name. She brought us fresh towels and explained the housekeeping protocol. Because of the misinformation, cleanliness and condition issues, it was frustrating and not what I have ever experienced in a Marriott property.

Traveling alone with a toddler…..check in was quick and the guy was friendly. Went up to the second floor to a room at the very end of the hallway. Door was propped open and clearly not clean. Go all the way back down to the front desk and get a new room and I had requested that it be close to the elevator (I’m exhausted after traveling all day). Got new room keys and it’s right by the elevator. Open the door and that room has clearly not been cleaned either. At this point I’m irritated and wondering if it’s even safe to stay here because he’s just giving me keys to random rooms that clearly are still being used or haven’t been cleaned. Front desk guy brings me up new keys and walks us to our new room….finally a clean room. Do better Marriott!

It was a big room we got. I liked it. I didnt like that it smelled bad in the building. I wish they would leave beding in the room for the hide a bed couch. We had to go back downstairs to get them. But other than that it was nice.

Had to drive to Salt Lake City to pick up a part for a customer's truck, it was a last minute trip. Checked Hotels.com on my app and found the Fairfield Inn had availability. Check in was super easy, room was clean but the bed was OUTSTANDING. After a 10 hr work day, 5 hrs on the road, I was very tired. This bed was Wonderful! I highly recommend staying here. Breakfast was really good, eggs were not watery, bacon was crispy. 5 stars all the way!!! mahalo!

The bed was comfy, shower good, but the tv SUCKS. Absolutely terrible. I don’t know what’s wrong with some hotels these days & their channel selections. What is wrong with just having cable or satellite. If you don’t have Netflix acct & not everybody does, then you have no tv! Lame.

It was our first time staying there. It was nice and surprised we didn't hear any freeway noise. I would stay there again. However, the window shades did not fit the window and too much light was leaking in.

There 6 days and never had room service. Was an inconvenience to ask for clean towels. Funny enough there was a scannable code to leave the daily service staff a tip…

Loved this hotel, close to so many things. Even though it backs up to the freeway we couldn't hear any noise. We had a quiet night of rest. The beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean, the pool and hot tub were great, the breakfast was really good. Will definitely stay at this place again.

It was Sunday evening when we checked in. It is common in Utah for businesses to be closed on Sunday. We were able to find three restaurants close by that were open for enjoyment.

Dining
Breakfast earns plenty of praise for variety and taste. However, multiple reviews report inconsistent stocking or early closure, limited options on busy mornings, watery or undercooked items, and in one case spoiled milk.

5 stars all the way!!! mahalo!

The room was clean and we were given a choice of what floor to be on which was nice. The check in and parking were easy and we quickly got to our room and to sleep. The breakfast was one of the best we've had for a complimentary breakfast. The oatmeal with an assortment of toppings was one of my favorites. My husband went for the waffles & egg sandwiches. I appreciated that there were both a variety of healthy and savory options.

It's hard to recommend a hotel when there is no hot water available. No hot water at the sink and only running the shower for 20 minutes moved the temperature from ice cold to semi-cold. I complained to the front desk, and asked them to check into it, Apparently, it was ignored. The second day I was there it was the same. A friend who also stayed on a different floor had the same experience. For what you pay, you should at least get hot water. The milk was also spoiled for breakfast. Because of no hot water, and no response, or follow-up, I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you don't need warm/hot water for anything.

Reserved a room with two king beds, got a room with two queen beds. We were told breakfast started at 7:00, and when the food came out at 7:15, there wasn’t enough for the fifteen people already waiting.

The best part of the hotel is room had comfortable beds. Even though it is located right off the freeway, you couldn’t hear the noise from the cars. Breakfast was very basic with three hot options each day. They ran out of food and/or milk on several days. Cereal was the best choice for food or using the waffle mix at the hotel. One of the days, there were kids knocking on people’s doors and running away. They did it throughout the day. The hotel staff did nothing about it. One day, at 3 AM, a group people were talking and laughing incredibly loud in the hallway and they stayed in the hallway before moving outside. They woke me up with how loud they were and the front desk did nothing. It is located close to the freeway, a grocery store, and several fast food places.

The took out the trash everyday. They didn't really "clean" the rooms everyday but they did take out the trash everyday. They would make the bed/straighten the covers every other day even, if the bed didn't need to be made. I guess it just depended on who was working that day. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast
