This stay was comical it was so bad. The toilet started leaking from the tank and got my clothes all wet. It was the first night of our trip. I asked if they had laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets and would cover the cost of me using their machines, they gave me the soap but told me I had to come up with the $4 for the washer and dryer. IHG Corp couldn't afford $4 after their toilet exploded on my clothes and I paid them for 2 rooms for 4 nights . The front desk lady told me she would ask the GM when they came in the next day, nobody contacted me. The room we got switched to had dirty towels that my husband had to go to the front desk to get new ones. There was what I hope was a water stain on the fitted sheet, not the comforter, the closet had someone's price tags that were cut off their clothes, there was a contact lens in the shower and another on the floor next to the garbage can.

My Stay Was Amazing, Just Wish They Had Parking On The Hotel Property( $22.00 A Day It Adds Up To Be A lot Depending How Many Days You Are Staying) The Staff Was Professional, Respectful! Especially When I Check Into Sep 4,2026 She Was Super Nice $ Professional Told Me What Was In Area THANK YOU!
