Everything was perfect. The hotel combine some of the most important aspect to who is traveling. It’s very close to the park, you can walk or take the shuffle which is two stop from the park, there are two very good restaurants near to the hotel, the hotel facility is very good also, with a great pool and hot tub. The staff is amazing, very welcoming and ready to help and advise you either about the park, restaurant or which road to take. It’s also 2 minutes walk from the local grocery store. You will be pretty much well assisted.

Beautiful setting. Rooms are very nice and the beds very comfortable. Very close to the entrance to Zion and easy walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The one downside was the construction going on in the back parking lot. We were woken up early in the morning by construction vehicles backing up right outside our front door. I wish we would have been warned about this before we booked or checked in.

The views are amazing. The place is quaint and charming. It's literally outside the gates of Zion National Park. We walked to it. The pool is great. We went up to the observation area and star gazed one night until a storm came in It was magical. We got massages and the people were wonderful. The restaurant is great. I can't recommend highly enough. The whole experience was amazing.

This is a lovely oasis in the midst of Zion and national park country. There are so many things to live including the cool pool, labyrinth, on-site dining, spa, etc., but oddly, having complimentary laundry services were a real bonus to our stay. Wd look forward to visiting again; soon.

This was a wonderful and amazing stay. The property was absolutely gorgeous. The room was clean, quiet and wonderful. They had charging locations for our car without any additional charge, a hot tub and pool to use freely. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. The resort was amazing in so many ways starting with the friendly and attentive staff who did everything they could to ensure you had a great experience. Excellent location that provided easy, walkable access to the entrance to Zion National Park. The resort was very clean and tidy and the restaurant on site was exceptional (Spotted Dog).

This place was very cute and the service was amazing. The only thing is the pluming in our room was not the best and the toilet kept not wanting to flush. But when told to the front desk they jumped right in to help and solve the problem.

The High Desert King rooms are modern, stark white and noisy as there is nothing to Absorb sound. The staff was very accommodating and was able to move us to one of their older rooms. While the amenities aren’t as new, we liked the warmth and “lodge “experience better.

I had a great stay here. My room was just steps from the bus to the park—about 10 steps, to be exact—and only 15 steps from the restaurant. Though the room was small, it was well-designed, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom stocked with all the essentials, including shampoo and conditioner. The AC didn’t go below 68°F, which was fine for my October visit, but could be an issue during the warmer months. I would recommend staying here.

Overall the hotel was beautiful and it has wonderful staff. The parking spaces are limited which is pretty normal since it’s in a small area. Our room a/c wasn’t work to its full potential, it was set to 69 and it would feel stuffy in the room. I would definitely book again if I am in the area.

Flanigan’s Resort & Spa is all about location and charm. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier, and our room (208) was spacious with a balcony view that I kept coming back to between adventures. Being just a short walk from the Zion National Park entrance and nearby food spots was a huge plus. Little touches stood out—free washers and dryers (with softener available for purchase), a cozy noise machine, and even a small hike right behind the resort. The bed and pillows were so comfortable I didn’t want to get up for those early morning hikes. Parking, however, was a bit of a puzzle—sometimes we had to park below and trek back up to our room. While the experience was overall excellent, I can’t say I’d return at the same price point. You’re paying for convenience and setting more than anything else.

We were greeted by the friendly staff when we arrived. They were more than patient with all the questions about hiking, where to eat, best places to see the sunset. Couldn’t ask for a better location, the property is amazing. Great location, immaculately clean, prices right. Would definitely come back. Parking was plentiful, and the town bus line was right across the street. Amazing views from up above the property at a secluded area with benches.

We received a warm welcome by Cade who was already anticipating our arrival and greeted us by name. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and attentive. The rooms keep getting better and better. Each time we visit, the rooms have an upgrade. The air conditioner was making unwanted noises at night and was waking us up. The hot tub was great. The temperature was just right to soothe our sore muscles! And I got a massage from Lulu who gave me one of the best massages I’ve had. I wish she was closer to me! The labyrinth at the top was very relaxing. I love its location. Fantastic stay! Definitely our go-to hotels in Zion!

The staff here was terrific! From the 2am checkin to the 9 am checkout everything was great. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable of the area & the park and very accommodating. The room was a decent size and very clean. The Spotted Dog restaurant on the property was very good as well. We had 2 dinners and 2 breakfast there, very good.

Great location - 10 minute walk to entrance to Zion and Zion shuttle bus (or Springdale shuttle right across the street). Beautiful views right from the property’s rooms and pool. Spotted Dog restaurant was very good - again with views from outdoor dining area. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and friendly.

This was an amazing hotel the grounds were so peaceful and the wild life was welcoming. The pool and hot tub area was well kept and a calming area to enjoy the views and quiet time. It was a great place for the last few days of our trip. The spa is also very nice and Paige is amazing ask for her when booking. The only real complaint was the spotted dog restaurant the food was okay the service okay, drinks okay. The restaurant is marketed as a higher end restaurant but it does not quite live up to that level.
