Room was very clean, and maintained daily. Room-darkening shade were particularly effective (though the buttons to operate them were not intuitive). We overslept one day because the shade completely blocked the morning light from coming in. The sit-down breakfast in the Lowline was very good though in our case it was not included in the room rate (we ate there once). The buffet breakfast in the sister hotel (The Hyatt House) to which we were connected and for which we were given vouchers was adequate.

Just right - very lovely hotel with great room, very pet-friendly, excellent breakfast buffet, kind and helpful staff. The rooftop bar is the best view of Charleston, and the gym was great. We will definitely stay there again. We parked in the garage - $46 for overnight, and there is valet in-and-out parking for $55 day. The area of Charleston is lovely and felt safe.

Breakfast was good, staff nice, clean rooms, just disappointed in the sky bar. It was nothing like advertised and the price for parking is crazy
