Very nice hotel, looks newer. Room was large (2queens with sofa bed), beds comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options. Quiet in the room and the rooms were all booked that weekend. Only issue I had was the pool was cold but jacuzzi was fine. Right down the street from the dam overlook. Large parking lot, plenty of room for trucks with boats.

Staff was extremely efficient and friendly at check in. We were unfortunately disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Upon first entry the room was freezing. Annoying but ok. Upon checking the beds both fitted sheets were inside out and so were half the pillow cases. We honestly felt like the cleaning staff turned them around after the last guests instead of replacing them. This was further supported when we found items left by the last guests still in the room.

However, we had to change the room since the floor of the 1st room was too dusty. we switched to another room but we were not happy for cleanliness. They had sanitizer bottles perfectly located on next to the front desk, the elevator, and the common restroom, but they all empty - very tricky.

This is the perfect spot to stay for a few days in Page if you are exploring the Antelope Canyons and Glen Canyon Dam. The drive is 10 minutes to the canyon starting points, and 2 minutes to the Dam Visitor Center. There is a park across the street from the hotel which is a good spot for sunsets on the canyon wall. The facility is a bit worn out, but clean (which is our priority). Staff members were lovely. We enjoyed the balcony, which led me to book this place rather than the adjacent hotels.

Clean, good location, good breakfast. Sofa bed was TERRIBLE. A metal bar dug into your back or wire springs from the mattress - not sure which, but it was not useable. We ended up putting our eight year old in bed with us, so none of us slept well.

Fairly standard hotel/motel. Room was good size with a small bath/shower combo in the bathroom and an enormous whirlpool bath in the bedroom. Hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub. Only 5 minutes drive from the centre of Page. You could walk it in 15 minutes but it’s uphill and there’s an unpaved section for a few minutes.

Stay was great! The staff was friendly. The room was spacious! The balcony was a wonderful spot to relax in the evening as the weather was perfect! A little peek at the dam from the room was nice. Great location to Antelope Canyon and dam. It was clean and quiet and would highly recommend the Sleep Inn! Only downside was breakfast..skip it! Was not good. We tried it the first day and then opted for better breakfast options elsewhere.

Nice big room. Loved the balcony to let in fresh air. Very comfortable beds. Had a fridge and microwave although no safe. The breakfast was typical scrambled eggs and sausage with waffles. Would stay again.

Let me first say that the rooms are beautifully made and clean! The staff are kind and VERY attentive! At check-in, the Front Desk mistakenly charged the wrong card instead of the card that was provided at check-in. The Manager immediately took care of the situation—it was the quickest assistance I've ever received regarding situations like this and I'm sincerely appreciative! Their attentiveness to how they handled this - shows me their genuine concern for their guests. Thank you guys!

When we arrived, Page was experiencing a power outage. We were allowed to check in the room until the power came back on. Staff very apologetic for something that was beyond their control. Very helpful in providing restaurants and other services in the area.

We were arriving late from a long road trip September 20th, at arriving there was no one at the front desk. We had to wait 15 minutes to be attended, and the lady at the front desk ignored us after seeing us, we said to her Hi 3 times and she gave us an ugly look. We were disappointed at the service especially after arriving from a long trip. Completely unacceptable! The point of customer service/ front desk it’s to make people to feel pleased and that they want to come back. Besides that the place was clean and well located.

Of all the mid- and low-budget places we stayed on this trip, Sleep Inn turned out to be the gem. It was wonderful in every way. Our room was lovely and everything was in good repair and clean. The bed was great. The A/C kept up with the summer heat. And the hot breakfast offered scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages and waffles along with many cold breakfast options. Best of all, our check-in clerk LaLa was the best. He really understands customer service!

We really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed, shower head was great, fantastic TV options, excellent breaky too. We were even given complimentary 1 hour early check-in which was so much appreciated as we had a tour booked. Amazing location, only a 10mins walk down the hill to the scenic point where u can take some great pics of the Colorado River ! Hotel is only an easy 6 minute drive to Horseshoe Bend.

Nice hotel to stay at. Rooms were modern clean and comfortable. Breakfast was alright with the basics but the set up was super clean. Typical bread, cereal and eggs, sausage and diced beef potatoes. I expected less but pleasantly surprised I got more!! Got the room for about $90 USD so much less expensive than all other hotels of same category.

The hotel was perfect. The only thing that could be improved is the dining area. There was a lack of tables and you had to queue to have breakfast. The option of having breakfast in the terrace was a solution, but there were not enough chairs, big tables with just a couple of chairs.

A sister trip brought us to Page for touring Antelope Canyon which was AMAZING! We came from Kanab, AZ after a few days stay to tour other canyons. This hotel had easy access from major roads. We were welcomed at our arrival by friendly staff, check in was very smooth. This hotel is clean & modern. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Breakfast prepared by the 2 gentlemen each morning was nicely prepared, hot foods and clean environment. The hot tub was just what we needed after a long day of driving and hiking. The pool was a bit chilly for our liking. Safe area. Dennys in walking distance. Food was good. Very short staffed; poor waiters worked very hard. Stores near by.

This is too nice of a hotel to have such a horrible breakfast. Juice machine and toaster were not working. Eggs were cold. Sausage was not fully cooked. Coffee was cold. There should have been an option for fresh fruit.
