Thr overwhelming stench of fabulouso, cleaners or pine sol. Did not make me think it was clean but sick. Perhaps they were covering up something. Also the tub leeked so bad it kept us up andcwe asked for another room and they said mo. Tv had box that obviously had been gluded to wall and fel, causing us to have no TV. However I will say everything was within driving distance, good food and easy acesss to Rim state park.

The room assigned to us does not have working key, the technician took 3 hours for opening the door for us, the toilet was not working, room was not clean-sheets and pillow needs to be changed, elevator was not working-we made 6 trips from 3rd floor to the cashier for help, there was not breakfast served in the morning-just a kettle with cold coffee.

Parking was easy and secure, I had to change rooms after arrival due to TV not working properly. Both rooms were completely clean, however, the first room smelled so much fresher than the second room, I had to move into. Smelled a substantial amount of Marijuana in hallways. Breakfasts was very scarce, but overall I slept good, and will return. I am a returning customer.

This was my 4th stay at this Hotel. Last stay, it was called 3 Rivers INN. The location is good. The staff was Friendly and Helpful. I was not expressed with the Continental Breakfast, very few options. The Elevator only went to the 2nd floor and had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. Which was ok. I Didit mind that.

Every time I stay at this hotel, seems like there is a decline in services/amenities. The free breakfast is a joke, the outside flashing red lights are very distracting and make it hard to fall asleep. The workout room is gone. The lobby furniture was removed...the water for the shower takes way to long to get hot enough to take the shower, wasting way too much water! While the price is reasonable, and repairs to damage caused by hurricane Harvey appear to be completed, the overall atmosphere of the place is not what it was when it first opened.

I stay at the Crystal Inn during my fishing trips to Keith Lake. It meets all my needs. A clean room, cold A/C, and something to eat in the morning. The staff are friendly and the room rates are reasonable. Also there is decent parking for my boat.

This was an awful experience! The closet had water damage with mold in it. In the bathroom water was coming from under the floor into the hallway and the toilet ran all night. Also ,the refrigerator leaked and ruined my food. The old adage ,”You get what you pay for!” I have truly learned my lesson

The property it shelf does not look bad. The facility is in good condition at least the part that in not under construction. However, the HOUSE KEEPING is awful. During my stay, the room was never cleaned not even the bed was made. Had no soap to wash hands, and NO Towels. Bedding was dirty. I asked to have it clean the next day and it did not happen. Trash can was not emptied daily. Room was left dirty, housekeeping did not even bother to pick up a death roach that was death on the floor.

The hotel was fine except for the cleanliness and the bottom floor being under construction. There was mold in the bathroom above the tub and door frame. It was so bad above the door frame that it was running down the wall. It was clear they do not clean the walls or try to kill the mold. The a/c was off in the room when I arrived. Leaving it on would help alleviate the mold problem. I will not stay here again.

Place is filthy. Even when we told the lady at the front desk that the floors needed to be cleaned, she sat there and did nothing. By the next morning, it had still not been cleaned.We found hair on our towel, and the room had an awful swampy smell.

The front-desk staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The housekeeping service is daily but they tend to miss a-lot with regards to cleaning the bathrooms and they do not resupply the bathrooms daily either. I bring my own towels to hotels and had to track them down through the Mgmt three separate times in two weeks and failed to get them prior to checking out the last week. they do offer breakfast but I never tried it. The tv have cable but you do not have access to the streaming services on them (if your room has a smart tv) and the wiring is hanging out from underneath the tvs on the walls. The rooms are ok but definitely "dated" two of the three beds I had were relatively comfortable and it is very quiet throughout the nights there. The AC is AMAZING for each room and will freeze you out if that's what you like. I will stay here when in the area for certain but I will not bring expensive "bath sheets" unless they're colored to avoid losing them to housekeeping again.

This stay was very bad. I have an emotional support service dog with papers, and i showed them the law where i am not suppose to be charged for a support dog and i have the paperwork to back it up. They also have a copy of the papers. We got to motel and the tv was broke, shower chair broke, bed broke. Did fix tv but still had partial line in it. Never fixed the bed, charged me for having my emotional support service dog with me, which they said that didnt count for a service dog, because she is an emotional support service dog, never did housekeeping the 4 days i was there. I requested for them to fix the bed after the first night and they didnt. The owner is the one that said i had to be charged. So I am very upset about this stay. I will not be staying here again!!!

Staff was decently friendly. Sink/tub were old and scratched, and tub didn't drain well, drained very slowly. Breakfast was literally diabetic nightmare... no eggs/bacon etc, it was sugary cereal, and individually unwrapped swiss rolls in a display case. Not even kidding. That said, it was not terribly expensive, bed was comfy, A/C worked, internet connection was decent. Would prob stay there again but would definitely look for another option first. And definitely not count on breakfast.

This was a very clean, basic hotel. For just a small investment in some little details, it could be so much better. What was missing: No kleenex in the room; no hair dryers (!) but I did get one after I asked twice; paint spots on the floors that could easily be removed for better appearance; only 2 easy chairs in the lobby; "breakfast" was a waffle or dry cereal; no place to sit in the breakfast area. All little things that add to the overall impression. BUT for $50 per night it was fine. The coffee was the best I've ever had at a hotel, except there was only one carafe and they ran out every morning.

We asked the desk clerk if there were restaurants nearby. He said McDonalds will deliver. We saw a pizza flyer on the checkin desk and asked if they deliver; he said he didn't know, we should try McDonalds. He gave us the wrong code for the internet. When I got the right code, I found lots of restaurants in a 10-15 minute drive. Breakfast was horrible. Stale toast or waffles.
