Got in a bit later in the evening. Check in was quick. 24 hour coffee bar with a little dining area. Little snack Store. Room was clean except the refrigerator could have used a wipe down. It looks too me like this hotel is great for its handicapped accessible and hearing impaired rooms. Also, looks like it is great for longer stays like out of town construction workers. There's little 2 burner kitchenettes and full sized refrigerators. So if you book before leaving home maybe bring some pots or pans to cook. Price is great for what you get. Oh! The rooms had a very musty smell that was very strong. We changed rooms and the other room had the same odor. The rooms needed a thorough cleaning with bleach and the rooms need to be aired out. The odor set off my allergies badly. I had a coughing attack for a good part of the night. I ended up opening a coffee package to help neutralize the odor and get my own pillow and blanket from my car. I had to cover my head in order to breathe better. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean

Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Sadly I could feel dirt through my socks in the bathroom, and the next morning after my shower i momentarily stepped off the bath mat. Upon returning my foot and then moving it on the mat I was able to see all of the crud that stuck to my foot from the floor. It was there on the white bath mat.

We were sent to a room that hadnt been cleaned. The poor desk girl made three additional trips to other rooms for us to find one that had actually been cleaned. The last three visits to My Place all had housekeeping issues.

The two staff members that I spoke with were wonderful! However, the original room that my daughter and I were booked in the bathroom was dirty and the tv didn’t work. They did end up moving us to another room (which was a pain when you have a child, packing everything back up) but in that room the tv did not work either. There were homeless people living in their camper in the parking lot. The only nice thing about the area was there were restaurants all around which made it convenient

The hotel and room was clean and the service was good. However, I had the room next to the lobby and was frequently woke up by people talking. Made for a miserable night of sleep. You could hear everything just not built and designed well.

Very Clean, Nice, convenient supply/snack area at check-in. Check-in was slow even though I was the only one there. The clerk was more occupied with talking to staff than me. The upstairs person was banging around so much that my husband finally called the front desk and they quickly took care of the problem. It was nice to have a full fridge and ice right in our room.

I was very disappointed. We don’t stay out very often and was hoping for a nice room. They didn’t even have an ice maker. The room smelled. Our tv didn’t work so they moved us to a different room. Very disappointed!

It’s a solid spot to stay when in Billings. But could you please not be so misleading online. Info says breakfast available…leading us to choose this hotel over others. However we find out that this does not mean it comes with breakfast - it means they have little breakfast items that you can pay for and warm up.

After booking a different motel, which turned out to be frightening, I logged on to Expedia and found this for just a little more money, which was well worth it. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Especially nice was the full size fridge. I was a little disappointed it didn’t have a continental breakfast, but I had plenty of snacks. And the coffee was delicious.
