For the price I expected a more. The good…view is great, the staff was helpful, parking is easy, there’s WiFi. The bad… There’s no ac and also no fans. The bed was uncomfortable and the room is outdated - it definitely needs some tlc especially in the bathroom. We didn’t have hot water the first night but they did get it going within an hour. The walls are very thin, could hear whole conversations next door and everything upstairs. The ice machine didn’t work.

Pleasant room with a great view and nice are on the property for sitting out. The beach was great. The steps to getting to the beach were a little difficult to navigate but otherwise nice place!

Nice little place. Alittle dated and could use alittle tlc but has amazing view, a nice community area with gas fire pit, and the beach is just at the bottom of the stairs maybe a 3minute walk/hike.

I enjoyed the whole property except the trail to the beach was not only inconvenient but dangerous at the end. for beach access the beach view was great, but access was limited. the restaurant around the property was limited and hard to find. All in All the stay was great, and I will come back when in the area.

Poor security, back door didn’t lock, very thin walls and could hear people in room next door at a conversation level, broken ice machine, coffee pot not cleaned, stained sheets, dirty walls, deteriorated floor, outlet blew while trying to dry my hair so no bathroom lights.

Great for a place to stay. Stairs to the beach are a little sketchy especially if you were to go at dark time. Also that beach right there is pretty dirty. Crab shells all over like they ate the meat and left the shells. Decent price, great view and close to other attractions.

It was extremely dirty. Had an ant problem. Had slice of pizza and other chunks of pizza in the oven. It had pancake batter still on the dishes. There were boogers smeared on the shower wall along with an old razor cap in the shower like it hadnt been cleaned. There was something sticky smeared on the nightstand. My kids were and i were freaked out staying there. The staff was nice but could not make up for the uncleanliness of the place. I sent pictures of everything to the staff.

I was VERY disappointed in this stay. DIRTY DIRTY NASTY DIRTY!!! I can deal with older facilities, but I do expect them to be clean. Not even the basics were done here. The loft bed had lots of hair, dirt, and semen on the bedspread! There were makeup stains on the pillows and the sheets had bodily fluids, more dirt, and hair on them. There was no way these were cleaned from the previous guest. The sofa sleeper sheets had rat droppings in them along with more dirt and yellow stains. The oven is filthy. No toilet paper. The shower wall had what appeared to be boogers and brown stuff smudged on it. The carpet upstairs had not been vacuumed. The view does not make up for basic cleanliness. I really wanted to like the place because it is right on the water. The layout is cute, and the tv had tons of directv channels. The check in was simple and they allowed for late check in. However, the disgusting filthy condition left me horrified.

We found hair between the sheets, a bloodstain on the pillowcase. Our socks were covered in pet hair. Sand in the sink, it's not draining. The remodel work looked really good and everything was pretty new.

The ocean view was great. Otherwise nothing good. Run down '70's decor. Bird Poop at entrance and on deck. Mildew in shower, Toilet seat loose. Chair with broken leg.Paper thin walls. Could hear our neighbors both sides and above. Tiny room and bathroom 12'x12', 6'x6'). Room did not look like any of the property photos on line. AND a pair of dirty panties left in the shower area. We checked about after one night.

The property itself was average and has a lot of potential. Unit 27 appeared unkept. The bedding appeared dirty, and linens were very worn. I removed the bedding and pillows and used my own as we were traveling and happened to have ours on hand. The area/floor caulking surrounding the bathtub was very dirty. The coffee pot was dirty. The blinds were broken, did not raise up and also dusty. However , all of that being said, the staff was helpful with after hours check in instructions, and hotel proximity to the beach was great.

The check-in experience set the tone for our stay. The receptionist wasn’t outright rude, but came across as unprofessional and short with us, which wasn’t the welcome we expected. Unfortunately, the room itself was much worse. The floors were so dirty that the bottoms of our socks turned black after walking around. Dust, rust, and broken fixtures were visible on the walls, dirt was built up in the corners, and there was noticeable mildew in the bathroom along with mold on some of the fixtures. The ceiling had a raw textured finish that had never been painted over, making the room feel unfinished and neglected. The towels provided were tiny, thin, and more like gym rags than proper hotel towels. To top it off, the mattress was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever tried to sleep on — hard, lumpy, and impossible to get a good night’s rest. Overall, this was one of the poorest hotel experiences I’ve ever had. With some proper cleaning, maintenance, and attention to guest comfort, it could improve, but as it stands, I would not recommend staying here.

Nice lady that checks you in. Amazing view! However I had to sit sideways on the toilet and I am only 5’8”. Tiny bathroom. The bed was comfortable but no tv in the room.

Pros: nice staff, loved the location, felt cozy, plenty of parking, pet friendly, overall felt pretty clean minus the stained sheets which bugged me, bed was super comfortable, good room setup (though- ditch the rug under the table or replace, its outdated and kinda gross and brings the rest of the cozy feel down), good wifi Cons: stained sheets, ant issue- couldn't leave food or drinks by windows, kitchen lacking some essentials- like toaster, juice pitcher, and a baking sheet that actually fits in the oven... we brought meals we had to cook in the stovetop pans in the oven because the baking sheet wouldn't actually fit, clogged shower, biggest con and a safety issue: there were no screens on windows... dog or child could run out on the roof below or fall to the street. It got hot at night and with no AC, we woulda left the window open but it wasn't safe with our doggos, so it got uncomfortable. General suggestion/ neither pro nor con: a broom kept in the room, so we could sweep sand and/or dog hair out during our stay

We stayed here for one night as we weee traveling down the coast. The room was ok. You are absolutely paying for the views. The rooms are very outdated, and the walls are super thin. We could hear the conversations of our neighbors on both sides of us.

Big unit but very dated. Heating was not working well, just had one large radiant heater on wall to heat downstairs and upstairs. Bathroom was old and small. Toilet so close to wall had to open door to sit on it sideways so legs would fit. Extra charge if you did not wash the dishes. No dishwasher so unsure how clean dishes actually were. Turned on oven and left door open to heat kitchen and bathroom in morning. View of bay and ocean but no deck and overlooked old tin roof.

Per the request of no contact check-in text instructions, I should call Roberta if I have any issues. Roberta was called. It went straight to voicemail of course. I left a detailed message explaining our wifi was not working to start. Zero response. The issues with this property are long and include the following: wifi is basically non existent, ice makeer is out of service, parking spots are minimal, floor in unit is nasty and peeling from moisture, furnishings are gross, old and falling apart, screen door has a huge hole, no iron or board, walls between units so thin we could hear entire conversations in the next room and snoring all night. The two things that were good was the mattress and the view. This place needs an overhaul on so many levels. What a disappointment.

The room was on the bottom floor under the deck in the advertised picture which meant I had people directly above me on the deck making nose all night. Super thin walls and you can hear everything, if anyone above or adjacent uses the restroom you will wake up. Would not recommend.

People upstairs were extremely noisy. The room was extremely outdated. The way down the beach was unsafe for anybody. The room was extremely hot no was to cool it down. Had to leave the door and windows open to get circulation of air moving.

Avoid. They provided a room access code that didn't work and no after hours phone number. Expedia couldn't reach anyone and the motel phone goes to voice mail in the evening. We had to leave and drive another hour to the nearest hotel with vacancy. The staff was completely unapologetic and provided no explanation when replying to my messages days later. I can't say much about the state of the rooms since we couldn't get in.

We made a confirmed booking through Expedia but were turned away upon arrival. They said they double booked and had no rooms. We had no where to stay for the night and had to go looking for something else last minute at 6pm. They said we would get a refund but we have not received an email confirmation regarding this yet. Really disappointing.

Had a couple of issues but the on site msnager, Rebecca, was a real trooper and went above and beyond to make our stay right. She's a a gem and would be a positive asset in any organization, a can do attitude and definitely customer service oriented. Thanks Rebecca!!

My wife and I stayed here after our wedding. Check in was at 4 but our ceremony was at 4:30, and immediately the staff was so kind and accommodating to our early check in needs. A staff member greeted me when I arrived at the property early to show me where our room was. The view was absolutely stunning and the room was cozy and clean. We will absolutely be coming back and recommending our friends to stay here as well. 5 Stars!

Had a great stay! Super easy and responsive communications. Check in & out were a breeze. Superb location- easy beach access, grocery store next door, tasty restaurants close by. I’ll be back; this place is an excellent base for exploration.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Staff were amazing! Even though we didn’t even meet any of them! Communication was great! They mailed my husbands license to him as it was left/lost there. We’ve already been talking about our next trip. Actually hoping to be able to make it within the next few weeks. And we plan staying here again, without a doubt! Highly recommend! ♥️

We stayed here in Netarts so we could clam and check out low tide at the beautiful local beaches. We got in late and left early so we didn't get a great feel for the hotel, but it was in a great location in a small town. The beaches are incredible and my kids had a great time. It is just 10 or 15 minutes from Tillamook if you want to visit a bigger town.

Great location and price! The property is a bit rough around the edges and could use an upgrade but it’s clean, the location is fantastic and the staff was very helpful while being unobtrusive. We stayed at one of the rooms with a balcony overlooking the ocean. There are steps down to the beach right outside the inn. And you can walk to the Schooner restaurant and a convenience store. Great for a quick, affordable beach getaway

Although looking slightly outdated from the outside, the room was very nice and well maintained (although, only 1 of 2 bathroom switches worked). The shower was nice and warm, the refrigerator worked perfectly as did the heat. The view was fantastic. My only constructive criticism would be not enough towels. Well worth the price.

The location of this hotel is amazing! We had a spectacular view of the ocean from our room and there was a lovely little public patio area available for watching the sunset. The room was clean and functional but it could definitely use some freshening up.

This inn is right at and overlooking the beach. There is nothing between the unit and the walk down to the beach and all of the activity right there. It is in need of some updates and it is out of the way a bit, but even with my rating, I would stay here again.

Great for a place to stay. Stairs to the beach are a little sketchy especially if you were to go at dark time. Also that beach right there is pretty dirty. Crab shells all over like they ate the meat and left the shells. Decent price, great view and close to other attractions.

We loved this little cabin the kitchen was perfect for our needs (bring your own salt though) and the bed was very comfy, the pull out couch was perfect for our kids and there were extra linens to make the couch up. The beach is just down the stairs maybe a couple hundred feet away. There was no AC which was a little hot on the day we were there but with the windows open at night it was very pleasant. Our kids really enjoyed going out on the sand bar in the morning and getting squirted by the clams/oysters and exploring the kind of tide pools that were left when the tide receeded. It was a fantastic quick family trip :)

I enjoyed a terrific view of the ocean and bay. This was by far the best about my stay. The place is older construction, but the view makes up for it. Cleanliness could use some improvement. The kitchen garbage had not been removed prior to my arrival. The floor was sandy. The stairs to the loft need a good scrubbing. The kitchen had one ceramic coffee cup. There were plenty of decaffeinated coffee pouches, but not a single tea bag, too bad when you are a tea drinker like me. All else was fine and enjoyable

comfy bed but no additional blanket. We only found one eatery, Upstairs Bar & Grill. Friendly and helpful wait staff. Nice outdoor eating area, but smokers ruined the fresh air. Beautiful view from balcony but a struggle with screen door. This place needs a good handyman’s services!

Parking was limited so I had to park on the road. There was no way to lock the front door from the inside. The body soap, shampoo and conditioner containers were empty within the shower. It even seems like the add said something like, just need your toothbrush and toothpaste. No continental breakfast, or anything to eat or drink, for that matter. The chairs on the back porch were so old and fragile that they felt like they were going to break. The bedroom was small and the bathroom was tight. THE PLUS SIDE…. The bed was comfortable and the view was great.

Staff was awesome. As for the cabin, in the bathroom the toilet felt like it was going to fall through the floor, so that was scary. One of the rooms sliding door was broken so could not shut smoothly. Other than that it definitely was nice having easy/ walking distance access to the beach.

Our stay was very nice! Although, We thought we had a shower but there was no way to use the shower, so baths it was. The worst part was foundation issues in the bathroom. We were in room 8. There was a hole in the floor where a large wastebasket covered it. The floor tilted and there was rustling and noise when stepping near the toilet area.

What really set Terimore apart for us was the customer service. Expedia overbooked our reservation, but the host handled it right away and got us into a fresh room he is awesome good people. Great spot for families with nice beaches nearby. Clean rooms, great staff, and we’ll definitely be coming back 100%. Thank you Terimore!
