Loved the complimentary happy hour.

Checkin was easy and staff were very friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Sitting areas in courtyard were comfortable and pool & hot tub were well kept.

The hotel was exceptional The only thing I didn’t care for was the pool. It could have been cleaner. There was a big stain on the bottom of the pool. But besides that it was beautiful

Nice hotel but charged a $10/nitht parking free in addition to Hotel.com’s rate! Thought ally taxes and fees were included in the quoted rate. Apparently not. Be aware

It is a little gem! Loved the feel of the covered patio/welcome area, the sauna and the steambath were wonderful. I will return anytime.

The pictures of the property make the hotel look very nice. The actual condition of the hotel was o.k. The rooms have been redecorated nicely. Bed was very comfortable and cozy. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in had a large stains on the carpets. Not worth the price

Nice sized room, impeccably clean with high end bedding. A great place to stay while exploring Healdsburg and wineries.

Clean property

Room was spotless. Only complaint was the shower. It was very small, and the rainfall nozzle was so high up in the center- so you could not escape the water.

Great lodge, very welcoming and clean

Room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the coffee was a significant upgrade from every other Hilton I have ever stayed. The property overall seems like it needs some TLC (cleaning, painting, etc,) Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping staff were overly concerned confrontational when I was 5 minutes past my check out time. They pounded on the door 3 minutes after my check out time. I spent more time going to the door and telling them I was zipping up my suitcase and being scolded than I was “late”.

Room was great but walls are very thin. I would stay on the second floor if I came again. Nice room for the price

nice outdoor seating areas! a bit loud, as voices carry and seem to amplify throughout the outdoor areas and you can hear them from inside the rooms??????

The property was very nice and well kept. Outdoor areas were well maintained. Staff was very helpful. The rooms were nice - but missing some minor amenities - no tea for non-coffee drinkers and very low lighting in the bathroom. No paper, pens, napkins, glasses or cups. The Nespresso machines were a joke - no instructions and the coffee cups were very small. The coffee was cold before you could even finish it. Also not fair to staff - or customers - to have them be the barista while trying to check people in and out of the hotel. Overall a nice stay but would probably check out other properties first for my next trip.

The showers are smaller than any shower I’ve ever seen. 30”x30”!

Our room was very comfortable and we loved the fireplace. Had a great stay at this hotel which turned out to be great value compared to other CA wine country hotels. And Healdsburg was lovely.

Easy location off 101 without needing to drive through downtown. Nice property well maintained. Friendly staff Tight parking with a daily fee. We got a room with a soaking tub. Tub was great but there are some design compromises that went with that including a comically small shower and less than private toilet

Property features and price was great. Bed was especially comfortable. Temperature controls easy to use. Only thing I didn't like was the shower. Stall very small. Would be big enough if shower head were further away from the wall.

This was a beautiful and very accommodating place to stay. It was close to all the dining and shopping in Healdsburg. The staff was friendly and accommodating…..Ezra was one of the front desk associates and he was knowledgeable and welcoming, he continuously went above and beyond to ensure that everyone was treated with respect and had the best experience while staying at The Lodge. He is the epitome of customer service. One of the managers made our birthday trip very special and took time to make sure that we felt celebrated and cared for. We were overwhelmed by the experience and look forward to our next visit.

Had a wonderful time here. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had our two young kids with us and the sofa bed was all set up when we got to our room, which was such a nice additional service and very thoughtful of them to think of. We will definitely be coming back!

Staff charged me for 3 rooms AND charged my friends and I still do not have a credit and it's been almost a month. The management staff there is incompetent. Charged me an extra few hundred dollars because they had to throw out a towel too.

In particular we found the staff very friendly and helpful. Brooke Daniel and another girl whose name escaped me were just fantastic !

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was intimidating and scary. My wife and I encountered issues with our room, specifically a persistent shower dripping problem that made it difficult to sleep. Despite being moved to another room of the same type, there was the same problem with a leaky shower. The situation escalated when we tried to address this issue with the front desk staff Angie. We were treated unprofessionally, not given an opportunity to express our concerns or feelings and the police were called by her, resulting in our eviction under threat of arrest. What’s particularly concerning is that the front desk staff seemed to have the power to evict guests without adequate justification, which made us feel unsafe and unwelcome. Her coworker’s testimony leads me to believe that she has a tendency to escalate situations rather than resolve them. No manager was on site that day to help us resolve this.

The staff were great at check in, friendly and knowledgable about the local area.

I emailed the hotel three times After our stay, as the Security deposit was not Released and did not get a single response.

Lovely hotel but you need a car to be able to get anywhere.

The rooms were beautiful and exactly as pictured. The property was beautiful. It was about a one mile walk to downtown. I would have liked a little shorter walk but the property was definitely worth the price.

Convenient to downtown Healdsburg. Renovations are nice. We got a room with a balcony, fireplace & tub, which was quite enjoyable. Downside is paying extra for parking, considering its location out of town, seems odd. We are repeat customers, so that says something.

We enjoyed our. The property is nice, and the staff are friendly, professional, and welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable, and we love the proximity to the walking trail into town. The location is close to 101 for easy access, and yet there is no traffic noise to speak of. We will be back!

Property is located close to busy intersection with limited dining options. Recently renovated rooms are very nice and very comfortable.

Just like the photos. Destination location just need to Uber downtown for restaurants, etc. since it’s 1.7 miles. Front desk doubles as cafe and bar. Outdoor games. Comfy bed, nice pool, incredible courtyard with hot tub and lounge chairs. Could have stayed another night.

The room was nicely refurbished, but it was lacking in basic amenities. There was no clock, no shower cap or make-up mirror, which was needed in a dimly lighted bathroom. The coffee maker did not work and there was no house phone to call the front desk. Also there was no information in the room that told when the lobby wine bar and cafe was open.

The jolted was more than we expected. Very clean and clear comfortable. The staff was super friendly, just wish they had more food options.

They charge a fortune for coffee and cookies and muffins in the lobby. It’s a real rip off and leaves a bad taste in life mouth of people staying there. Bad management decision on their part. Their prices for these items should be in line with places that sell coffee.

Great place but for the price I would expect a free coffee urn in the reception area. They charge 4.50 a cup. Seems silly and not compatible with their comfortable sofas

This hotel surprised me in a good way. Very quaint and thoughtful touches with a tuscan theme. Comfortable bed, large shower, kind staff, and an onsite wine bar. 25 minute walk to downtown or a 4 minute drive. Area felt safe and I would stay there again.

Pros and Cons... We had high hopes for The Lodge. It presents itself very well online but doesn\'t quite live up to its advertising. One of the issues we had with the property is the lack of accurate signage. Due to flight delays, we arrived late in the evening, and it was hard to find the "lobby." It doesn\'t face the street and no lighted sign indicates where it is. Rather, it\'s at the back of the property and isn\'t a traditional lobby. You actually check in at the cafe/bar. Thankfully the staff waived us in with big smiles. After checking in, I asked for a glass of sparkling wine to offset an extremely long day. They were out. How does a hotel in wine country run out of sparkling? Signs pointing the way to our room also seemed to leave out our specific room number, so we had a bit of wandering to do. Once we got to our nicely appointed room, we found a comfy bed and clean bathroom. The only downside is the shower. It\'s barely 40" square and difficult to turn around in. If you\'re tall or overweight, showering will be difficult. Overall, The Lodge just doesn\'t compare well to similarly priced Healdsburg hotels we\'ve stayed in before. A limited cafe menu is premium-priced, there is no valet and a shared parking lot with Best Western led to problems. If Hilton expects to compete with H2, Hotel Les Mars or other upscale hotels, they need to step up their game. Otherwise, price the property appropriately.

Disappointing; Lukewarm coffee each morning and only offered very small cups; no access to ice machine, had ask for ice at front desk; room fridge was not working properly- froze all liquids and snacks; entrance to property was very narrow which made it tricky if someone was leaving when you were entering. Lastly, hotel sign on street side was partially blocked by shrubs. We missed the property’s only entrance and had to turn around.

The Lodge is extremely clean, high on the ambiance scale for the decor, common areas and room. We did not appreciate the $10 parking charge, but joined Hilton and waived the charges. Location is well out of town, but a short drive. We did not use the breakfast as the charge seemed steep and it's not an actual restaurant. They seem to have a very rigid 4 pm check in. Otherwise, excellent.
