Cookies at counter at checkin is always a nice touch. Entire Inn seemed quite new or newly renovated. Checkin was fast. Very nice clean room. Pool/Spa area was clean, but actual indoor pool was quite small. Breakfast was better than most in same price range. An egg based and meat hot option continuously refilled, along with hard boiled eggs, bread/bagels/English muffins for toasting, Chobani yogurt and milk, etc. I didn't notice any fresh fruit?

The hotel was very clean. Pool was clean and tidy. Hotub and pool temperature were great. The exhaust fan in our room did not work which caused the bathroom to fog up a lot during showers. The lights that shine on the building were very annoying. It shined right at our window which lit up our room all night. The curtains did nothing to block it. So, we did not sleep well because of this. Besides that, our stay was fine. The desk guy was very nice and helpful. We would stay here again. But a different room.

We arrived at 11 pm and checked out by 625 AM, but bed was comfy, and room was quiet on 2nd floor. Parking lot was pretty full, so they must have been pretty full. Breakfast was ready at 6 AM (even on a Sunday!) and assorted yogurts, assorted muffins, bagels and breads to toast, oatmeal packets and cold cereal, apples or bananas, scrambled egg “patties” and link sausages, make your own waffle, juice, milk and coffee. Very tasty and quick to make your own breakfast sandwich “ to go “ out of the english muffin, sausages and egg, grab a hot coffee and keep on traveling! Pricey for the area—($172) but later found out it was during a Lambeau field (NFL Packer family night) so the prices were all elevated if you were within 2 hrs of Green Bay. Pool area looked nice, didn’t use, however! Front desk VERY helpful, VERY KIND & pleasant to check in and check out! Recommend!!

The room had a bad odor when we first walked in. It did dissipate after a few hours. We also booked the room based on the information under on the web that it slept 5 people, however, when we arrived, there was no pull out couch or no ability to get a rollaway bed. Thankfully, our youngest is small enough that we pushed two chairs together and had a makeshift bed for him that way.

I was exhausted by the time I arrived at the property, even arrived a day later then planned. Check in was fast, the front desk girl didn’t seem to have much of a personality but she was pleasant enough and wasn’t annoyed she had to work, which let’s face it, most young people these days are annoyed with doing their jobs. But she got me in quick and off to my room where within 30 minutes of my arrival I was asleep. The room smelled new and clean, bed was comfortable and I slept for 15 hours. I felt safe and the environment was very quiet which was very appreciated.

I booked a room with a couch and even though I showed them my booking they lied to my face and told me I didn’t book that room even with proof in my hand. There are not many options in town and I chose the best option to accommodate my family but the worker wouldn’t do anything to help, meaning my husband had to sleep on the floor.

I booked this hotel room six months ago and then added a second, adjoining room. The person I spoke with assured me I would have an adjoining room for my children. When I checked in, the staff member said they didn’t know I was supposed to have an adjoined room and already gave it away. They said there was nothing they could do and my children would need to stay alone. No way. And then they offered me $50 for my trouble - not even a full refund or a solution to the issue. So here I am with separate hotel rooms and no answer from the staff.
