This is a small, kind of older hotel but very clean and well kept. The lady that was working the desk was there all day but readily helped us and talked to us any time we needed it. The parking lot was nice and well lit and there were multiple ways to get in and out with the room key. The breakfast was very simple but there is a McDonald’s in walking distance. Our room was clean and quiet and we used the heat a little at night and it worked just fine.

I travel 40+ days a year and the hotels.com ratings rarely fails me if I choose an 8+ rating, this time was a fail! We get to the room and the AC is shut off and it’s about 85 in the room (it took almost 3 hrs to start to cool off. Several towels had visible stains you could see while they were hanging up. Water pressure was poor. The mattress was sagging in the middle and uncomfortable for 2 people to sleep in. Breakfast ends at 9am on the weekend, should have stayed in bed. The juice machine was broken and no juice available, the muffins were stale and I’m fairly certain they watered down the premade waffle mix it wasn’t even edible. The hotel has no elevator fyi.

Air was out in lobby so fans everywhere. Also air seemed to be out in the upstairs hallway as well. Juice machine was out at breakfast bar. The breakfast bar was small but had variety. Not frequently monitored or cleaned. Bedroom was clean and bed was very comfortable. Had trouble with the tv working on more than one occasion. Bathroom shower and sink water got to boiling temperature at full hot setting. Seems dangerous but we were okay.

The carpets had stains everywhere! When you showered the water built up in the bottom of the tub, the toliet ran constantly... we had 2 plugins that worked and the floor lamp light would blink on and off. It felt dirty! No elevator .. we packed our bags upto 2 flights of stairs. The free breakfast was like a couple items!! Not idea. Won't be staying at this one again or recommending it. The house keeper I guess slept on the couch at night!! Never seen the desk lady at night neither! We should have got a refund, we didn't ask but we had no funds to go pay 3 nights at another. We booked online and read reviews, they were not truthful.

DO NOT STAY! Gross!! Roaches and other bugs all over MULTIPLE rooms. Left out filthy vacuums that look like they’ve never been cleaned. The carpet hasn’t been cleaned or changed in a decade (literally). No juice or coffee for their “breakfast” and it’s been broken for 4+ months (confirmed by regular).

The property was close to a wedding we were attending. The girl who checked us in was very nice and helpful. However, we stayed for 2 nights and the Wi-Fi was down the whole time. Could not connect to the internet which I needed to get directions. Very inconvenient! There was also a guest with a bird that chirped all night and a dog that barked every time someone walked down the hall. Other than these issues it wasn’t a bad stay.

Check-in was smooth the room was clean and the front desk was actually able to help me get some stuff that I had brought with me that was going to a friend's house who lived in the area into safe storage so it wouldn't be left out overnight. The breakfast was much to be desired. Big coffee pot and juice machine out of order for both mornings we were there. Coffee in small pot was horrible and if there is one thing a guest wants in the morning it’s a good cup of coffee. Few pastries, waffles, two cereals, yogurt tangerines and that’s it.
