Nice cabins, well insulated for the heat and noise. Some issues with a ceiling light that came on by itself. Larger stone parking is not motorcycle friendly. Limited office hours and breakfast times.

Had a good stay, even got an early Check-in since the cabin was already ready. The one small issue was the WiFi connection. This was likely due to our cabins location at the end of the row.

It was ok, but I wouldn't stay here again. The wifi is not operable and the front desk is not helpful in fixing it. Their response was basically, "Try again. Sorry." The front desk closes at 9 pm and nobody checked messages or returned calls -- if there were an emergency like a broken water pipe or something similar, you'd be out of luck. The AC unit was so loud we had to unplug it to get any sleep. They restocked towels and toiletries each day but did no cleaning whatsoever. The positive: the beds were fine, the microwave and fridge worked, the coffee maker was great, and the place was clean overall. They had a nice continental breakfast each morning but we didn't know about it because they said nothing about it to us at check in. We only learned of it on our last day because we saw other guests walking over. If you don't care about wifi and are willing to have either no AC at night or put up with a roaring din all night, you could stay here.

Great location for for visiting Bryce canyon especially if you want to hike the tropic trail into the park,also about 2 and a half hours from Capitol reef. Restaurants and store across the street. only complaint is some of the furniture and railings were loose or coming apart was going to mention this at checkout but just missed the person at the front desk so just dropped off key.

On the upside the continental breakfast was really good and the people very friendly. On the bad side some cottages had tables, some didn't. My parents was broken, our chair was broken. Flies everywhere. Maintance was unavailable for the 3 days we were there. Outside deck boards broken as were the outside chairs which was very dangerous for our disabled Mom.

Location and proximity to Zion are good. Small cabins with no chairs or table inside, there were a couple chairs out front with a broken table. Basic cleaning was done but it needs a thorough cleaning to be more acceptable

The room was dirty. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept on and squeaked loudly with any movement (I’m 140 lbs). The cleaning crew came into our room to take the trash out, change towels and threw away some of items we purposefully didn’t throw away in an effort to clean up the room but they didn’t make the bed! At that point, I would have preferred that they didn’t come in since it was only a 2 day stay. The AC unit/ heater was so loud that it wasn’t an option to sleep with it on. The upside is the woman at the front desk was very nice and friendly, the shower had hot water and good pressure, and the toilet had a strong flush. There is a grocery market across the street which had solid variety, including healthy options, and really fair pricing. It’s also less than 20 minutes away from Bryce Canyon NP’s visitor center. Despite all this, I would not return and would rather spend an extra $100/ night for a more comfortable and clean stay.

Parking was fine, the only issue was that the floor was greasy and filthy. Tried to wipe it up and the rag was black. There were what looked like blood stains on the sheets. Evwn the lampshade was sideways when we got in, which shows that someone didn’t do a great job checking the place after cleaning. Doing a better job of cleaning would go a long way.

Lots of maintenance issues. Bad beds. Frame about to fall apart. Sink did not drain. Shower had horrible pressure. Floors were filthy. Dresser drawers were broken down. Fan light would turn on by itself in the wee hours of the morning. I would never recommend this property. I don’t know how it got an 8 out of 10.

Check-in was across the street, which was not a big deal but was not communicated. The coffee pot was dirty. There were ants in the bathroom. The toilet was loose. Overall dusty. Bed was comfortable and after hard day on the road it was enough for a night

We were excited to stay in a little cabin. We planned on roughing it a bit since it's a cabin. The beds in cabin number 7. We're the worst. With every movement it creaked loudly. It was not comfortable. Under the bed had not been cleaned, for months I'm guessing. The room was well insulated. Shower was clean and good size. The coffee pot filter area was not clean. After 2 days of hiking Bryce, a better bed would have been nice. When we put our keys in the drop box it wasn't even locked which was weird but we're from California.

“Furniture” mismatched. Front entry door desperately needs paint and a kick plate on the bottom. A night side lamp would have been nice as well as a 2nd chair in the cabin. Access panel under sink to mechanicals was off. Moved the one chair and the area clearly hadn’t been swept in awhile. On the plus side, the staff did bring an add’l chair when we requested it and were always very friendly. A little maintenance, some furniture that didn’t look like it came from yard sales, and a bit more detail to housekeeping and this could rate a 5.

The location was great for Bryce Canyon. The single front door lock didn’t give a sense of security. Beds were squeaky, like plastic rubbing. Rolling over or changing position may wake up soft sleepers, ask me how I know. lol.

The pictures were a bit deceiving. Very noisy A/C, bad design at the sink/wash area. Far less room than most hotel rooms due to design/furniture choices. Beds were not good (all 4 of us didn't sleep well). Would not stay again for the price.

The cabins are fun but the beds were a little squeeky. Also the ceiling fan light turned on by itself in the evening and then again at 7:26 a.m. (we were all still trying to sleep). Turns out the ceiling fan remotes in the cabins all use the same channel/frequency so our neighbors were turning our lights on/off at the same time as their cabin lights.

The stay in a log cabin should have been good. Hoever, there were insafishant charging point for phones, camera or laptops, unless you used the floor. The bed needed a step ladder to get in and was so noise you needed ear plugs. Two bed side tables would have been good. The shower head could not be ajusted so the water was strait in the face.

It was a nice place, just was a bit cramped. Poor internet. Not enough outlets. May need lamps with multiply outlet on them. It was a bit challenging with my husband's c-pap machine and other devices.

The location was great, only took 10 minutes to get to the park. No major complaints, the room served its purpose. However, the bed was very was squeaky and dipped in the middle. The shower was also teeny tiny, similar to what you’d find in an RV, and the water didn’t drain.

As a standalone cabin, the unit was exactly as pictured. It was rustic, with a few amenities. Very small shower, rust stained toilet, and a very loud air conditioning unit were not ideal. Went in with very average expectations and the room met those. It was fine for a one night stay.

Check in process was easy. The front desk at the sister hotel across the street was very friendly and helpful. The internet was not working the first night and they kindly reset the router for us. Our shower was old and the water handle broke, so they gave us keys to a different cabin to shower in. It was slightly inconvenient, but they were very apologetic and accommodating once the issue was brought to their attention. This is the second time I have stayed here, and despite those issues I would return. The price is right. The cabins are clean and in walking distance of food and coffee in town. They are a 15 min drive from Bryce Canyon and a perfect place to stay for any outdoorsy type person. Nothing fancy, but I like the vibe as I am a hiker and like to be out in nature and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Our reservation was for the cabins. There were issues with internet, shower, and air conditioning. To be fair to this property, staff response was outstanding; we were permitted to move to their sister property without being charged for the upgrade. This property was fine. I would hesitate to recommend the cabins based on our initial experience there. They were clean, but certainly basic. Breakfast is included, okay but less than expected for a lodging in this price point.

Nice value for the cabin. Checkin was good - could call to checkin late and just get keys to cabin with map (from the hotel). Hotel was very accomodating but hard to get in touch with as voice mail was full on landline (no texting) phone so had to keep calling. On the positive once got through very accomodating to check in late, change reservation, etc. Worth it for money

Hotel was very accomodating but hard to get in touch with as voice mail was full on landline (no texting) phone so had to keep calling. It was hard to find the phone number to call ahead for check in. Therecwas no remote to the tv and no one at the desk at 8:30 when we called. Also the room had a coffee pot, but no coffee supplies. The desk clerk when we checked in was very friendly and helpful.

Pretty good overall. Hot water heater didn’t work but they took care of us , letting us use another cabin to shower. Front desk lady worked hard to fix problem.

We arrived and tried to check in at the location as instructed. However, that check-in location was still closed for the season. I called both numbers posted on the door: one connected to a central call center for a chain, requiring a code I didn’t have, and the other went to a voicemail that wasn’t set up. I stopped at a convenience store down the street and a clerk informed me that Bryce Lodging was still closed for the season. She tried to help out me in touch with the owner without luck. My husband drove us back to Bryce Canyon City, and we secured a hotel room with the newly opened Best Western where we had a delightful two-night stay. We had a great time staying here. It is very close to Bryce Canyon National Park and we enjoyed the local businesses nearby. The room was very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed staying at the cabin. Check in was convenient. Continental breakfast was nice. Sadly there was no decaffeinated coffee available. Bed was comfy and the towels were great. Would stay there again if I come to the area.

Good location as it was 15 minutes from Bryce.. great coffee shop and two restaurants you could walk to across the street. No kleenex, toilet with ring, shower floor stained. Breakfast was very basic and started at 8. Nice it was available. Very friendly front staff.

The cabin itself was fine, but there were a couple of maintenance issues: 1. Outdoor cabin light was out. 2. TV sound was nearly inaudible and no way to turn it up. 3. We arrived and there were no other guests at the property at all. This should have been a red flag but we couldn’t cancel at that point without losing our money anyway. A note on the door said we needed to go across the road to another hotel to check in. There was a nice young lady there who was helpful. Our room was clean. The furniture was older and needed repairs. The WiFi didn’t work. So we went back across the street to the other hotel a few times and finally it was working. Unfortunately the young lady who was working there was the only person in both places. So she really couldn’t help at all. After a long day of driving, having to deal with all of this was a bit much. The beds need replacing. The property in general needs some love. Not sure why the reviews are as high as they are. Maybe it was just the unit we stayed in, who knows. We won’t be staying there again I’m afraid. Not worth the time, money and efforts we had to put out for a less than ideal stay.
