First time staying here, won't be the last. Great location for the Shakespeare Festival. Friendly owner. Nice little breakfast buffet with homemade items. The room we stayed in was very small, with a lot stuffed in there -- little fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, wine opener (nice touch) -- everything needed, but made it quite tight. One tiny inconvenience was there was no convenient outlet for charging the cell phone. But that in no way would stop us from staying here again on the annual visit to Cedar City.

Very unique place to stay, our room was very charming. The neighborhood is quiet. Susan the owner was really pleasant and her breakfast was delicious. Make me feel like I was at my grandmas house. I highly recommend.
