At Collection O Hotel La Huerta Golf & Hotel, Cholula, travelers highlight friendly staff, a peaceful golf-club setting, and on-site dining, while also noting occasional facility quirks and service procedures that can be inconvenient or confusing.
Rooms are comfortable but dated, with calls for better upkeep and notes about dark decor or minor bathroom issues. Many praise cleanliness and breakfasts, though a few mentioned a dirty carpet or bathroom mold. The setting is quiet but can have early bustle from club activities, and it's a bit far from the center.
